I do daily yoga and when I’m low energy due to inflammation i feel like I’m letting my body down. Because my normal practice is too strenuous. Thank you for guiding us on this anti-inflammatory yoga retreat!! I’m glad I could still do my routine and respect where my body is. ❤

I found this inflammation video as I have long covid....I am suffering from a range of horrible symptoms including severe diziness, headaches, and numbess in my face, hands and feet. I basically hate yoga in normal life (tried and failed classes multiple times), but I am trying anything I can to get better at the moment. Honestly, this practice was fantastic, thank you so much. As a non-yoga fan, and being sick, I honestly thought I'd hate it, but I got on so well! It was really relaxing and therapeutic. I was able to distract myself from my symptoms for 20 minutes and have some rest. Thank you so much xx

Best yoga. I always do it before going to bed, gives me relaxation and good sleep. I used to have bad pain in my upper spine as i havr inflammation in my spine. I used to take painkillers every night but now this yoga has replaced my medicines. Feels so good “. Please bring some more yogas for inflammation in arteries.

What a calming practice - this is perfect after a crazy day or when you aren't feeling great. I love the shoulder and neck work plus the pillow and wall adds. I LOVE doing legs against the wall. I find it really helps to open my hips in a way I can't do any other way. Such a beautiful practice Rachel. Thanks

I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 28 and this video has been soooo helpful for my daily inflammation. 🤍 do you have any recommendations for what videos of yours might help me with stiffness or some light easy yoga stretches? I find that a lot of movement sometimes doesn’t sit well with my vertigo like cat cow etc. Thank you for your videos!! 🤍🌟

It can truly make a world of difference in relation to how we feel. I do have a few recommendations for you. I LOVE this style of yoga as it is SO good for the mind and body. These classes will offer a gentle stretch. You can do these classes with or without props. I personally love props because then I can relax fully into the postures. You mention vertigo from doing cat-cow. I've experienced that before too. Instead of doing cat-cow, you could sit on your mat and focus on breathing into your back body. Visualize the movement taking place, especially throughout the spine. Sometimes closing your eyes can help with this visualization. Hi there! First off, I'm happy to hear that you no longer have a fever! If your body feels up to exploring some gentle movement, then feel free to do so. Explore what feels good and nourishing for you. Listen to your body, meaning if something doesn't feel good, you can back out of the movement or try another pose altogether. You know your body best! Hey there! First off, that's awesome that you exercise daily! That is so amazing for both the mind and body. If your goal is related to weight loss, certain styles of yoga may be useful. Styles like vinyasa and power yoga classes can be useful for this goal. Restorative yoga classes can also serve a purpose because when we regulate the nervous system, we are more likely to keep off weight. The main thing is that you are moving and keeping your body healthy! Great job! 🤗
no good for me cant get down on the floor and certainly cant cross my legs ,even lying on a bed is painful , i have fibro and high inflammation which cause so many problems
