Hey i love your videos and appreciate all the effort you put in but i have one question why are these videos for men are men more stiff in some parts women aren't or is it something else, just asking out of curiosity. Btw you got me into yoga and thank you so much for that ^^
Me 3 I started a coupled days before and im lost directions sometimes. In some moments i change directions but use the same arm or leg ... Ur tattoos and ur pacience guide me. Love from brazil. Sorry for the mispelling
This is true for me too, I know his tattoos are on the right arm and leg, so when I get disoriented in funky poses it helps me to know where arms and legs go :'D
A few years ago I started adding yoga with Breathe and Flo to my routine. I had never done yoga before and started with ignite and embark. I had to do each of them several times, but I learned. I do yoga for a while and then go away from it for a while. Came back to yoga for men this week and I love the workouts! Flo Rocks!

Love these classes and your expertise! One observation: Spider Lunge always seems to move to quickly for me and never get to enjoy the stretch for a moment.
Love this "class". Ive lifted for 6-7 days a week during a rough part of my life, then jumped into 3 day full body lifting+cardio and now realised: Its too mutch, I need to focus on my overall welness. So now im doing 3 day full body lifting-sessions and 4 days of yoga. I feel way more balanced, energy creeping up and im actively recovering my mind and body. Thanks alot. And boy does theese sessions burn, lol. Hips are flexible, but the rest: Off😅😅😅

so this is my second round through the yoga for men series with you flow, i remember in march or april 2020 when i would be home anticipating youre next post of the series, sometimes waiting a week for the new video and gritting my teeth with a feeling of needing the next video, lol. because of how alivened it made me feel. i love you both. i recently went through tendinitis if my lower/right ITB, and it sucked so much, had to quit running for the past 5 months, and i love to wake up and break a sweat and get that BDNF flowing. But my leg is mostly healed, i still feeling it but im superiorly glad that the time has arrived where im finding myself back within your y4m series. REvisiting it because of my memory of how it made me feel so great and conscious, grounded and present, through the season we were in back in 2020. i get so strong from doing your yoga, and btw i love your tattoos. All the geometry and placement of your tats is so cool. Thank you for being such an ascended master and so close to the light. cheers. oh and btw, my new roomates dogs name is Bali. wow i did this all the way throught today without stopping once, minus the handstand and one other pose. In 6 months my bodys gotten incredibly stronger and more flexible, my stress levels are way down, I quit smoking and cut way down on alcohol, which in turn is saving me hundreds of dollars per month to invest. I like to mix it up with lifting and intense cardio too. Still working on the handstand!!! I love your guys content! Start a patreon if you like I have no problem "tipping" for content that helped me so much. Im 39 and I intend to keep doing yoga! Stay cool guys!

Hi Flow 😊 For a busy dad and entrepreneur like me, 30 min well rounded classes are the best. If it goes beyond 30 min mark, then either my little 2/5 yr Eleen or phone calls or emails distract me and I have to stop regretfully and sadly. So, thanks for this kind of sessions ❤
I would prefer longer classes. But as Yoga helps us to see positives things in life, I just enjoyed doing two of your shorts Episodes in a row, making a great longer lesson :D Thank you !
I really enjoy your more advanced "Yoga for Men" program, please keep making additional videos. I enjoy the longer sessions that are focused on the exercise and I can watch your other videos if I want a meditation session.

I've been watching your series randomly for the last 2 weeks. It's my first time doing yoga so I understand my limitations but your videos are great goals for me to match the poses with balance and clarity. Great job on the series and thank you for putting these videos out there for men. It's helped me with anxiety, stress, strength and flexibility.
Thanks Flo for putting this series together. Been thru episode 4 thus far. I am taking it slowly as I am coming off a femoral nerve impingement. Would you a put together a pre-hab/re-hab stretch strength flow for that type of issue.

Been doing yoga for about 4 years, almost exclusively on my own. When with an instructor (also on RU-vid), it was always with a female. Now I‘ve been looking for new inspiration, and wanted to get it from a man. Bingo! :-) Subscribed. This session made me sure I can learn well from you, since you offer exactly the right amount and depth of tips and variations, and also don‘t just zip through the session like many do. I prefer a pace like yours, with space given in between.
I enjoyed this level of intensity. In my opinion, I only did fair. Would you suggest repeating this class tmrw or continue with the classes as they appear on you channel?? I thought I was strong till I took these classes. Not sure if I’m happy or disappointed I found this level of body strength Bravo Dante L

Wow, I tried some of the yoga for men classes about a year or more ago and they were way too strong for me, I definitely could not hold a chataranga! And now here I am, practicing pretty regularly since then (I also started pilates at a gym) and now I can keep up and just breathe through everything! Thank you so much, your videos have helped me so much, I love getting on the mat and finding out what's in store for today ❤️

Good morning.. I also have just finished the last day from the ignite program. It did me so good, especially in these times. I feel stronger, I stand straighter and I breath so much better. But even more important is inside. My soul is stronger. I am going to do the ignite program again because alot of the positions I could not do well. Looking forward to sharing another month with the both of you. Thank you for being there for me and all the others.

You're a very good instructor. Calm voice, but motivating, technical and inspirational, give modifications in the right moment, maintain the flow. So much of good guidance is what isn't said, and taking care of each word that is. As a professional dancer I appreciate the knowledge of anatomy and safety.
Hi Flo! Love your classes...I always find them very fitting and catering to what I am looking for in a practice. Such a beautiful blend of understanding the full range of physicality present in the human body and also connecting that to something greater....Also, side note: thank you for insisting on paying so much attention to wrist warm-ups. In my 3 years of practising, I find it very curious (with all due respect to other teachers) that often such little attention is paid to the wrists at times and I often find myself pausing a video to warm up my wrists or doing so at the expense of another pose in a live class. I never quite feel ready for a practice before warming those precious wrists! Anyway, thanks again for the brilliant work you and Bre are putting into this.

thanks for doing our videos! by listening to what we say and look less it should be pretty clear how to move and where you are in space. if possible and to make the experience for you better we recommend watching the classes on a tablet, computer or tv 🙏
