Yoga and movement is really helpful in shifting anxiety. But this can be tricky with pregnancy anxiety because you might feel afraid of what you actually can do. Rest assured this class is suitable for all trimesters. You just need to keep connected to your breath and if you lose the breath or feel too hot at any stage. Rest and come back to the class when you're ready.
