I am a runner. I use your video of hamstrings and hips (20 mins, 35 mins, 45 mins) stretch after my long run every time. I am going to try this video too. Thanks for all amazing videos!

After all these years, I decided to try this class out. The only reason I hadn't tried it before is because I am not a runner. I just LOVED it!

Erin, you are the best! I love all your workouts! Especially the deep stretch ones. But even the ones with the balancing poses, you are so gifted at not making them feel overwhelming, I try them and have so much fun that I actually keep practicing until I can do them. I can move in ways I haven't been able to in years. I am getting loosey goosey! Thank you and keep up the great work! God bless!

This class is excellent. I'm a yoga teacher myself and I fully enjoyed it. Thank you for putting this together. I appreciate the strengthening, not just deep stretching like we see in most yoga for runners videos. Also, appreciate the slow pace and your allowing space for silence in your videos. It's easy to drop into one's own practice this way. Thanks big time!

I have been slowly improving both my strength and flexibility while running and using this video during the past eight months. Inching slowly through the time line of the video; today I made it to the end for the first time! And although I still shake and some of the posses are still a bit of a struggle, I feel wonderful! Thank you so much! :)

This practice suit me amazingly the day after a half marathon. This class is an antidote for runners and even though is not a "deep stretch" focused class, it is gentle enough to enable a deep stretch while moving. Thanks you very much once again Erin, Namaste.

Hi Erin! I have been enjoying your sequences for a couple of weeks now. I'm a runner and cyclist and am re-habing from some nasty psoas and hip issues. Thank you for your thoughtful and tough sequences. We are working the mental training as well as the body and that is so important to us all.... so many grateful women and men on this thread... I love this class - it delivers what it claims: the perfect cross-training for days not running. I have been doing this class almost weekly for the past 6 months and my knees have never been happier :) Thank you Erin for your classes - they have been such a support during this pandemic (and those days we haven't been able to go outside due to smoke/fires).

Oh wow. Been a few months (6 or 8) since I've done yoga. Started getting injured while running and figured it was because I had dropped my yoga practice. Decided to dive back into it. YIKES! I'm gonna have to go to some beginner classes again, this was painful! Thanks for all you do for the Yoga Community!

just coming back from some serious time off running due to a groin/hip flexor strain. 3 weeks! this video addressed every running issue i've ever had and i look forward to incorporating this into my jogging routine. looking forward to hitting the pavement tonight thanks to you! talk about strengthening! much love erin.

This is my favorite class, by far. As a runner, I love the mix of stretch and strength. I enjoy doing this class the morning after a long run. Yes, the toes pose is brutal, but also fantastic. Thanks, Erin!

Though I'm not a runner, I still greatly enjoyed the hip stretches and leg strengthening in this class. You achieved a happy balance of challenge and ease!

although i generally prefer a faster pace flow class, this slower paced class really made me sweat and made me focus on alignment. the one legged wheel really got me. thanks erin!

I did this after a heavy leg day and boy did i need it. By no means is this an easy routine but I think this particular yoga session was one of my best yet in regards to breathing and connecting with my body.

I have gained weight this lockdown and it sucks but I'm slowly getting back to working out. I went for a long run yesterday and did this today and I felt so light afterwards. My legs were shaking but it was so awesome. Peace and gratitude to you from Delhi.

Hi Erin! I love doing your yoga routines! I do one the day after a long run, usually once a week! I ran my furthest of 15 miles this past Sunday! On Monday, I did your 'Yin inspired deep stretch yoga' routine! I felt SO GOOD afterwards! I will do this new one the next time! Thank you SO MUCH! 🙂

Anna - 15 miles! So many of my friends and students are runners. I know enough about running to know how much love a runner's body needs. I'm so glad this class class felt good in your body, because I will never run 15 miles. :)

Oof! Definitely harder than I thought (have no clue why I thought this wouldn't be hard--Erin's yoga always kicks my butt). Definitely fell out of a couple of poses but got back into it. Thanks for all your great content!

Yeesh. Life got stressful in the late winter and spring which led me to losing most of my yoga habit, other than some occasional stretch vids. I’ve continued jogging, but this workout really highlighted a lot of weaknesses in my body that come from mostly sitting and that can’t be fixed by running alone. I think I need to keep this as a weekly workout to work on these poses!

5 Star toe raises is a killer proceed with caution. Workout is very challenging, but I look forward to the practice and pursuit of doing without pausing. Very good routine.

Love this video! It's awesome to use as my cross training during marathon training. My only critique (b/c I'm so type A about symmetry) is that we didn't do knee to elbow on the left side :) Other than that, I loved it!
