Parwan mukhtar asana, ardhamastendra asana,munduka asanas,nsukka asana etc are important for diabetic patients.Start.each asan atleast for half a minute 10 to 15 times each in morning and at night depending on your free time .Afterwards,you may increase time of holding each asan for one minute.During holding in the position of each asana if you need you may take help of hand for few seconds to relax you in the middle of each asana.Rest I may inform help you physically.First you may feel uneasy or notpossible but it is the beginning of possibility.Pl.see the video.
