You are such an amazing teacher: Your thorough instructions (including great modifications for different levels), focus on alignment and posture, your kind spirited personality and even your ability to make one feel, that you are in the room with us, even though taking an online class is just amazing. I completely love, love, love your classes, and will keep coming back to explore and learn more from you.
such a smooth yoga class! I usually have struggles with looking at how much time of the video is left, because I am impatient or because i struggle way to much with the exercises shown, but with your video i didnt even feel how those almost 30 minutes flew by! I loved it!
This yoga flow is so satisfying to do. I have been doing it for a month and a half now, combined with a similar yoga flow by Amanda Gerhardt, and I have seen results - I am stronger in my legs and glutes, have more energy, less cravings for unhealthy foods. I can't do down dog and plank, so even without them, I have results.
This is really what I was looking for. Difficult but relaxing and smooth transitions. Time wise perfect for before working in the mornings, yep! my new morning routine 💆🌻

this is honestly one of the only workouts that I look forward to - thank you for making an enjoyable flow, that makes me feel thoroughly worked out, and energized. I also love you voice + comments in the video, it helps a lot :)
You are amazing, Cat!! Just over a week of doing your flows every day and I already feel so much stronger and can achieve poses I wasn't able to before. You're always so positive and go at a great pace during the flows as well ❤️
Such an amazing yoga class! The pace is perfect for me and the exercises are not that easy but also not that difficult and I had to keep every pose for just the right amount of time to feel that burn but also not give up! Thank you! 💕
I almost stopped at 17 minutes bc my legs were burning but I'm so glad I didn't, I'm pretty proud of myself for doing it all the way through. Your videos are the only ones I watch, I'm just familiar with your style and your so positive and supportive like I love you so much 😭
This was tough stuff! I loved how giggly and cheerful you were throughout it though because it really helped me push through! Thank you so much for this! Loved the alternating of the strengthening and stretching. That's the kind of workout/yoga flow I love!
Okay WOW! I absolutely loved this one. I rlly felt the burn in my butt & inner thighs but it still felt good & not exhausting like hardcore workouts. Thank you!!
Really loved it, would you be able to do a more advanced one? I've been doing weight training for a while and it takes a lot to feel a burn in my glutes now :D

I love this flow. I have a question, though. I already have big calf muscles and I try to avoid building them up even more. So when you go up on your toes during the lunge, does that work the calves? I'm wondering if I should avoid going up on the toe.
Really enjoyed your flow today. You asked about suggestions....my yoga teacher occasionally did a flow called ‘fighting the dragon’...a story of where you move into positions to face the dragon, it flies underneath you and around you...and you mirror its positions in flight?,...have you heard of it? I really enjoyed this practice, howbeit strenuous. Ohh, and you got an amazing body too. I wish to get that toned someday. Currently I'm a size 12, trying to become a 10. Namaste to all yogis 🙏🙇
