I searched for a video on feeling overstimulated after spending the day with a large group of people (family) for Easter and feeling like my nervous system was a little frazzled even though nothing really happened to trigger it I’m just used to spending a lot of time in solitude. I clicked on this video because the timestamp said 11:19 which is my moms birthday (11/19) and I was feeling frazzled from being at her house in the first place. This was exactly what I needed today, thank you so much.
this yoga sequence helped me so much. when I moved into child's pose, all my emotions came to the surface and I started crying out of nowhere. also thanks to my cat that was there giving me emotional support, this video left me feeling a little bit of hope. I already feel a lot better now 🥰💕🌻
