Woke up at 3 am couldn't get back html sleep.intil.I put this recording on aound 4:30..Next thing I knew, it was after 8 and I had the best sleep in months.

I have followed a few. I find her to be the best for me. Agree that silent background is best. See if you can find one without music

I have what is probably a stupid question, but I'm new to yoga nidra. If this is 2 hrs long, is it meant to complete while awake and then expect deep, restful sleep? Or is the intention that you will fall asleep during it?

I put mine on “loop video”. Keeps me asleep all night although I do call it “dolphin sleep” down, up, down, breathing slowly while awake
