Ally there is no way to thank you enough for all you do! I tuned in this morning to find a yoga nidra that would help settle my racing and judging mind and found this brand new one and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Your yoga nidras have been a major part of my healing journey the past three years as I deal with long covid, dysautonomia, and past trauma. You have made a major difference in my quality of life. I have severe ME and dysautonomia and (mcas and eds) . I used to benefit from Meditation and yoga nidra but sth is Blocked in my mind and/or body and I keep getting worse and worse 😢 Any tips ?

Wow wow wow! This one is beyond everything I've ever experienced! The way you're using your voice, the words and affirmations you're saying, the very very gentle background sound, I am absolutely astonished. Your guidance has helped me over the last year to really make huge improvements on my journey to healing from severe burn out/chronic fatigue/complex ptsd, I can't thank you enough. Hope I'm able to carve out some time within the next few years to attend one of your teachings, id be truly blessed and honoured. Until then, I will continue focusing on being the best one-parent household I can possibly be for my precious daughter as well as healing my own little gigantic almost no longer broken heart. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for my peace and joy. At this moment I am thinking of my disabled son Ryan who is dying as I type this. He is in the hospital and I will be visiting with him today. I pray for him always and forever be in my thoughts and prayers. Life is tough right now and I need your yoga practice to help me get through the next days. Love for Ryan and myself❤

This nidra popped up on my phone just as I was getting ready to find one for my morning practice - 40 minutes also happens to be my preferred length. I'm going through an extremely stressful time at the moment. Sending my attention to the buzzing 🐝 bee breath, buzzing along with you and doing it for 10 breaths, felt like a relief, immersing myself into it, being able to put the worrying off to the side for a bit. The following nidra felt like a safe space, an island of letting go. Thank you so much, Ally, for tirelessly providing these refuges for us. 💜☮️🔆

Namaste! I practiced at 5 P.M. on May 27, 2024. Bhramari was a bit challenging as I had a lot of things on my mind and was trying to repeat my lengthy Sankalpa, lol. I absolutely loved the guidance of observing the stillness of the muscle of the tongue and of both eyes. That was a reminder to give myself permission to let all thoughts cease. It allowed me to deeply relax and to remember that it is in stillness that all else that has troubled me fades away. What I am going to do to support myself at this time is to remember to combine daily long walks in nature with daily yoga nidras for myself, independent of others and my guidance of others. I feel calmer and clearer now and know to tackle one thing at a time.

I feel asleep and woke up to my snoring lol. In response to the journal prompt, I need touch to support myself. I gently ran my hands all over my skin and gently lifted myself up (as I needed to pee). My breath is soft, my mind at ease and my anxiety is gone. Thank you Ally!

I didn't sleep well last night - and while yoga nidra provides so much more than catching up from poor sleep, it's reassuring to know that when those nights occur that yoga nidra provides the deep rest that I need. Namaste! I loved the pranayama in the beginning. Could not make it to the end as I was asleep shortly after starting. Your voice just activates my prana flow like no one else's. Most beautiful way to fall asleep meditating with you every night

Hi Ally, thank you, this was so relaxing ❤ You paid a little more attention to keeping the eyes still. I realized that usually throughout the whole practice, I am following the rotation with my eyes. So Now I tried to keep my eyes still the whole time, which was quite an effort. Can you please elaborate on this next time? How to keep the eyes still during the rotation? I like how you offer wonderful variations of the Yoga Nidra practice. In this one, I loved the background, natural soothing sound of the rain. I think it's more effective when the practice has a longer prelude, introduction. Now, it was through the "bhramari" technique. There must be sufficient prior time to enter this NSDR deep state. I guess it depends on personal preferences, but rotating from the one side, each part, then to the other, and then finally to the whole body, is the way. I also noticed that at the end you added the "double inhale" type of breath. Perhaps, in a future session, in another variation, you might like to explore more on this type of breath. Greetings 🙏.

Hi Ally, been listening to your yoga nidras for a while now, a few months or more & I really want to thank you as they have been helping me so much with my poor sleep habits. I did really enjoy the humming pranayama before hand (although I didn't do all of them personally as I was too tired!). Thanks so much for your wonderful recordings ❤ P.s: I'd love to do the training sometime although unsure that I would get to teach it that much.
