In some sessions I’m attentive to your spoken guidance; in others, I drift between different points of focus (body, breath, mantra, even ? sleep). Depth seems more pronounced with each meditation.
Thanks for sharing - a lot of these conditions resonate with me, although in my case yoga nidra is helping me mostly with dealing with a kind of constant state of alertness, which I could not "switch off" for a long time and was preventing me from resting properly or feeling rested after sleeping!
The way you chose the wording in this guidance had such a deep effect on my experience today. I sensed myself more accurately than before and for the first time in years I felt into my left leg. This leg has been physically and energetically weak and hard to sense and today I fully sensed it. Many other things i loved about this practice. Thank you and Namaste #Ally

I have suffered from insomnia for probably the last 10 years. My therapist turned me onto yoga nidra and I have thanked her ever since. I did a RU-vid search for other yoga nidra meditation on my own and you an another person has been my go to!! Wow!! First time listening to this particular meditation and I must say I slept so good!! Atleast until my bladder was screaming at me!! Live it!!
