What a beautiful way to spend the morning, here in my little part of Michigan, where it is currently 17 degrees F, snowy and super cold! I transported to Adriene's beautiful park and enjoyed hearing the birds chirping! A great way to start my Sunday! Have a great day everyone!

Adriene is RU-vid's super supportive and awesome big sister. I describe her this way to people who don't know about her (yet). Because she keeps things spiritual without being cheesy and she keeps it modern without being fake. I love (so much) when I'm having a rough time (I have Lyme Disease) and I feel completely awful and kinda depressed and I do one of her gentle sequences and mid-way through, she tosses out a hilarious or totally inappropriate joke and in that one single moment she will have instantly saved the day! :) Any time I'm reluctant to get on the mat, she reminds me that I can do it.. whereas, I probably would've given up on yoga forever ago if I'd never discovered her.

And how about that time (don't remember which video), she went into "cheerleader pose" and said, "If you ever wanted to be a cheerleader, now's your chance!" lolol. I laughed so hard for days about that. Just the way she said it. Gold.

Love Adriene's Yoga videos. In May 2011, I was diagnosed with Lyme. Wish I had these videos to help me physically and mentally then. But I have them now which I am very grateful.

First time coming back to this video in 14 months, when I practiced two days after my dad passed. I found some tight spots I had not noticed before. A bit hot here today so I added 15 minutes of savasana to the end plus another five minutes in fetal position on my left. If work was not on the schedule within the hour, I could have slept on my mat. Enjoy! Expand day 11. 250 days in a row.

Managed to wake up and do yoga before breakfast today. You weren't kidding about those side-body stretches while in a lunge. Tried it with my hand on the ground and that's a trip. Day 288 of the current run.

Good morning beautiful people! 🌞 I’m just checking in with Blossom whenever the practice fits my needs and today is perfect! Yesterday I did an upper back practice instead. Sending everyone sunny vibes and remember to take vitamin d if you live in Germany or a similar not-so-sunny-winter country. (We do have surprisingly many sunny days atm but it’s not enough to produce enough vitamin d) And drink water!! 💧❤️

Amazing full body stretch after clearing out my grandparents house all day. YWA has learned me that when I'm feeling tired and really just want to watch a movie the rest of the night - taking 20 min to tend to my body make the movie night so much more relaxing. Namaste people! x

When I first started on January 1 I was severely deconditioned. I have not missed a day of YWA and I have gradually increased my activity level and am cleaning up my diet. It is a process but it all started with Breath. As I continue this journey I am grateful for this practice - thank you Adriene 💕

When Adriene suggested to make your breaths in and out even, I started counting to 4 for inhalations and exhalations and focusing on that throughout really kept my mind from wanding to other tasks. I know she says it every time, but this time it clicked 🌱

Thanks for sharing this tip. I’ve only started doing yoga about a month or so and and keeping my mind focused has been a real challenge. Tried this today and noticed when I’m actively counting I wasn’t thinking anything else!

What a lovely spot to practice. Seeing the ducks and a family on the other side of the lake just made it so much more calming. And I appreciate such a gentle practice after yesterday's humbling Revolved Side Angle in Shift!

Nurture day 7 and also my birthday. I was quite gloomy about how I couldn’t celebrate my 20th this year because of the lockdown. But this quarantine has also helped me in realising who actually is there for me and I’m grateful for that. You, Adriene, you’re one among them for me. This practise was perfect for today. I really loved this stretching practice today Day 11 Expand! When I woke up today I felt stiffness in my whole body! Now after the practice I feel flow of the energy! Besides, it looks as if my body had a complete massage specially after the pegion pose I had a sense of pain relief in my gluts! This is going into my favourite list! Thank you Adriene❤🥰

BLOSSOM | February 20, 2022 | 🌸 Thank you! Thank you for transporting me to a beautiful, summery park with greenery and birds and buzzing bees. And thank you for allowing us the space to stretch and lengthen sore and tight muscles from yesterday's Deepen & Flow practice. I added on a little siddhasana forward fold to get into the outer hips/lower back a bit more. The perfect way to spend 20 minutes on this cold, wintery Sunday! 🙏🧘‍♀

That was a gorgeous yoga practice thank you Adriene. I loved the birds in the background, one of them sounds just like a Guinea pig, which was nice. I lost my last Guinea pig Oreo in 2021, I really miss him, and the sounds he used to make. So it was so nice to hear that bird throughout the practice, it made me feel closer to Oreo again. 😊 I loved this yoga practice, and will definitely be bookmarking it for the furture. Apr 15, 2022 06:02 Intention : Enjoy every transistion in life and in practice I needed this stretch now as I am taking a rest day today and it feels awesome after I have done this sequence. Through practice I have trained myself that if I wanted change I must be consistent and be mindful of the transition to help me find ease when in the process of developing a better me someday. I just wanna say, you started singing Dylan and I was reminded of a time in college where another student was listening to that song on his headphones in the library (you could hear it through the headphones). He was bobbing his head and mouthing along with the song and I guess he just couldn’t help himself. It got to the chorus and he belted “HOW DOES IT FEEEEEL” in a pretty good Dylan impression. It ripped through the silence of the whole library. Everyone stared at him, but he was oblivious. I had to leave because it made me laugh so hard. I haven’t thought of that day in years and today it made me giggle. Thank you for the ear worms 🌸🌸🌸

Where I am it’s super snowy and has been very dreary, todays practice really made my heart happy to hear the birds and to hear a warm wind blowing. This month has been a harder month to practice, while I was motivated from January, seasonal depression came in for February. I only did a few videos so far and some other videos outside of blossom. However, one thing is for certain, my mind and body always call back to yoga, always makes me feel alive, todays practice reminded me of that. Amazing work to the people who keep coming back, you’re all rockstars

Day 7 of April Have no felt this is so long! Your videos are amazing Adriene! I know I comment every day, but the feeling I have after doing them 'ready for anything that the day may bring' is priceless My mind, my body and self achieve so much more after your yoga video in the morning! Ooo anyone following my journey, started in January and am obese so some things I just cannot do. Well returning to this video again, for the first time I was able to do the table position!!! I didn’t get high and it wasn’t long, but I lifted everything up off the ground! Progress! 💪🏼

I loved that birds were moving in the background and singing. It was a gentle and pleasant stretch practice session. I would come back to it if possible.

Swapped this one out with day 18 of Blossom as I will have more time on Sunday. I really enjoyed this except my knees will no longer allow me to achieve pigeon. Not sure how beneficial it is but I can do a version of it if I roll onto my outer hip and have my front knee at a right angle and back one on it's side. It felt nice anyway so I guess FWFG means it's ok 👌

I can barely walk because my thighs and lower back are so sore so I came back to this. :) It was nice and gentle.

today’s practice done on: * 2/20/22: this was a great stretch in the hips, yoga is truly awesome and if you need a sign to get to your mat (or floor) this is it because i also found my airpod while in the pigeon pose that i probably wouldn’t have found if i didn’t do this practice 💕also blossom day 20 * 4/18/22: love a good pre workout stretch, ready to strengthen my body. refresh day 15 🌸
