नमस्कारम् गुरु जी। आपके बताने के अनुसार हमने योग, गाय घी, चबा कर खाना खाना, 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीना,तलवे की मालिश। ये सब शुरू किया है इससे फायदा हुआ है कि चेहरे की रौनक बढ़ी है। लेकिन मेरा कब्ज सही नही हो रहा है। कभी एक दिन मे कई बार मरोड़ से शौच, कई बार तो पेट साफ ही नही होता है। मेरे दाहिने पैर मे दर्द,, दाहिने छाती के बीच के बगल मे दर्द(छाती और दाहिने आँख से दर्द शुरू होके पूरे सर मे दर्द(कोई भी दर्द लगातार नही होता) ।शाम को पेट गैस से बद्बु।बार बार पेशाब। हाइड्रोसिल, सायिनस, कफ् लगातार निकलना।बहुत दुबला हु। परामर्श चाहता हु 🙏आपसे मिलना भी चाहता हु।

Namaste Guruji 🙏🏻 me aapko kaafi samay se follow kr rha hu, or aapka abhaari hu hume Ayurveda or Yog ki sahi or sateek jankari dene k liye. Aapne almost hr major topic ko cover kia hai, but mujhe ek boht crucial topic pr koi video nhi mili, vo hai "Daily routine of Students" (विद्यार्थी की दिनचर्या) Kripya is pr ek detailed video bnaye 🙏🏻 Me din me 8-10 ghnte pdhta hu, or exercise ka zyada time nhi milta, kyuki subh early morning bhi pdhna hota hai, or evening me bhi.. fir bhi koshish krta hu apna din 15 min k Aasana or 15 min k Pranayama se hi shuru kru. Zyada der tk baithne se physical activity bilkul zero hai, aise me students ka routine kaisa hona chahiye jisse vo healthy bhi rhe or pdhayi ko bhi majority time de ske, please iske bare me kuch btaye, dhnywaad.🙏🏻

Guru Ji, I have a question. I want to know in each different mudras we user thump with other 4 finger combination. What each finger quality is that when combining give particular effect in our body. In Vyaan mudra we use thump and 1st two finger and press top with each other. Why Agani, Vayu, Akash is used in Vyan mudra. Like that I request you to explain all mudra and each finger role in it

🙏🙏 धन्यवाद गुरुजी. मेरा एक प्रश्न है - प्राणायाम करने समय ज्ञान मुद्रा लगाई तो क्या वायू तत्व बढेगा? अगर साथ मे गॅस की problem है, जिसके कारण क्या वायू मुद्रा लगानी चाहिए? ये तो दो उलटे action करेंगे ना.. एक से वायू बढाना दुसरे से घटाना

🙏 Guruji, Kya vyan mudra nerve tingling, twisting, aur agar kisi ko conceive nahin ho raha because of nerve weakness, yaa eyes se related problems hain like weakness in eye nerves and pressure in eye muscle. In sabko bhi yeh ek vyan mudra cover karega? Agar nahin, to kripaya batayien aur kaun si mudra ho sakti hain baaki problem ki solution ke liye. Dhanyavaad 🙏
