Hi Elena! I’m so glad to have found you here on RU-vid. I restarted my yoga journey about 14 years ago with your AM and PM beginner practices that I bough on DVD. I had found the PM one a couple years ago here and today I came across the AM one. I’m wearing a shirt that says Gratitude and it was perfect for practicing with you again.
