Thank you for watching Comeback Yoga Live! Throughout this four-week series, learn skills and practices to use any time when experiencing anxiety. Each session will include simple movement, grounding breathwork, and focused meditation. Each practice will include multiple approaches and variations so you can design a practice that supports you.
Week One: Embody - Here, we will explore the physical sensations of calming, focusing on breath and the ways we can use our bodies to settle our minds.
Week Two: Restore - Next, we will learn ways to deeply rest and create space for our minds and bodies to heal.
Week Three: Practice - In this session, we will go through a few repetitions of practices to incorporate into every day, choosing the ones that best serve us.
Week Four: Connect - Finally, after practicing movement, breathwork, and meditation in this session we will consider next steps and ways to stay connected to our community and healing.
