Sadly Adriene after all these years of physical "yoga" haven't realized that, yet. Still stuck in and as the person/ego-mind, somehow. Goes to show that hatha yoga doesn't bring awareness to one's being.

Hatha yoga is the least important part of yoga, just the most adapted to our society i guess ... She clearly has no clue what this is originally about.
