Thank you Pam, you have no idea how helpful that was. My whole body is inflamed, for the past two days my whole body is like burning from the inside, I don’t know what’s going on. But I feel I have extreme heat inside me. I went to bed wearing a ring wake up my finger was burned from the ring, I was so inflamed in my sleep my whole body was so swollen the ring got so tight around my finger it literally burned my finger. I’m Scorpio moon, my moon rolled by Mars maybe the energy of Mars has to do with this, I eat plant based and only raw the past two days until my body cools down and I’m still inflamed. When I saw this meditation and I did it with you I felt instantly better and calmer. Thank you.

Your inspired readings of the stars are all coming true in this amazing time of expansion. All the lies and deceptions of a broken system are coming to light. At the same time inspiring creation is everywhere. The Starship capture this morning gave me an insight into the amazing power of the human mind. At the same time the alignment of values beyond the party systems is giving a glimpse of how we come back together and back to ourselves. Grateful to be part of this meditation (in your delightful voice) and on this journey with amazing beings like yourself. ❤
I've found that my breathing resembles "baby belly" more & more deeply & often the more I allow me to feel my hard-to-feel emotions. Because every time I do (feel my emotions) there's less fear & more peace inside of me, along with more trust in the love all truly is unfolding perfectly, no matter how bad it looks out there.

Dear Pam, this is arriving so Divinely as usual as I lean into more of my yoga practices, breath work and channeling of light language. Thank you for this! I have been saying the mantra (Blossom Goodchild) "I am the Light, I am the Love, I am the Truth, I am", saying it 3 times then breathing in deeply from belly to chest for a count of 3, holding for 6 then exhaling for 9 from chest to belly. I then repeat the mantra 6 times, repeat the breathing sequence, then repeat the mantra 9 times and end with the breath sequence again. (369- Tesla) Very calming and centering before sleep.
The Still Point. Perfect. Getting ready for our Sunday night healing for the planet at 7pm. Love you Pam! There is another breathing technique I learned from my Pilates teacher: Breathe everything out as much as you can, while resting your hands on your lower ribs, then push them out towards your hands. Taking the breath down to very bottom of the lungs. This way you clear out all the stale air that was lurking there, while you have been breathing at the top of the lungs, and brings in the fresh air. We all breathe so shallowly a lot of the time while the stale air lurks at the bottom. If we can get the diaphragm to move more to the sides, it helps to massage the abdominal organs and bring in more fresh air and improve the circulation. Plus the solar plexus chakra can open more, and all the meridians that go through the abdomen become more free flowing. 🙏💞✨
I combined this breath with visualizing the infinity wave…in breath forms from the bottom to the top of the wave, out breath forms the top to bottom wave, pause & start again. So peaceful and nourishing ♥️🧘➕🌊
