Everything that has life depend on breathing. Normal breathing is good but the pranayama breathing is the best method for a healthy life.

many thanks for you video, i practise tibetan five rites every morning with your vide in bilibili which is a Chinese long video application similar with youtube which is uploaded by somebody else. As soon as i found you are the original youtuber to make this video, i start to practise that fire breath with the guidance by you. appreciate your help sincerly.

Thank you, when i first read about this breathing that you need to breath with the lower, middle and upper part of your lung i was something like what, thank you for making it so simple!

I just loved it. Good job I have been practing 3 srb for several month quite similar technique but the technique of expanding the mid section with hand touching in mid chest was new for me that made me feel it. Thank you for your service to mankind !
