as far as I know yogiri is still a normal human and has the speed and durability of a normal human so if you got shot it could prove fatal or at least a giant hindrance to him moving around. but his skill allows him to instantly kill anything he pleases with a single thought blink point or speech. that alone makes him overpowered and as far as the skill it's really got no limit to what he can kill so as long as he's thinking it or if he has his guard up in anything that has the intent to kill him will instantly die without him having to even think. it would be pretty hard to find an opponent that would have him have his guard down so that the intent to kill can be succeeded and it would be pretty tough for that person to actually kill him. because if he wanted to he'd easily win the tournament power right there and then just by defeating everyone. and if he succeeded in one of the episodes he was holding back his power so that he could use his ability without killing anyone and only injure them to the point where they are rendered unable to move, if he decided to use that ability and hold back on the instant kill he would win because he wouldn't kill anyone and he just injure them to the point where they can't actually move at least for a while and therefore he'd win although his durability is still that of a human so if he did get hit that could prove pretty fatal. as far as skill and technique he's one of the most overpowered characters in all of anime. he definitely doesn't show any Feats that would make him have enough punching power like Goku or Ichigo from Bleach but his technique and skill makes him on the same level if not vastly Superior to them just because with a single thought or if his guard is up if they have the intent to attack him or kill him they instantly die right there and then. it's kind of hard to get past that guard that is up or past him if he knows you're there and he just chooses to kill you right there and then. honestly he would pose a threat to any anime University was in as long as he's not hit fatally and he is able to react in time and take his opponent out before they could use super speed to take them out if that character he's up against does have super speed. either way yogiri is overpowered and there's not a whole lot most anime characters to do against him. there's even characters from Marvel and DC that he would pose a threat to. in fact I think he pose a threat anywhere between 98 to 99.9% of all characters in Marvel and DC. maybe the god or Lucifer of DC and Marvel could challenge him a bit just because they are super fast and probably get him before he could react in time but if his guard is up again are those characters resistant enough to wear that instant kill can't kill them right away. I don't know there's a lot of unanswered questions that the anime hasn't really answered yet.

@@jakethejapan1029 yes he does, akuto is high outer and is an author, yogiri is fiction to akuto, he transcends his own fiction and is a part of the anti-universe where all stories end making him superior to the totality of fictional verses, he also has the law of identity which doesn’t allow him to die, yogiri would have to kill the law of identity first which he can’t, yogiri is fiction to akuto, akuto could rewrite his character to where yogiri doesn’t have instant death or that he never existed to begin with simple as that

If Yogiri’s ability is to instantly kill anything no matter what ( Goes through resistances) what makes you think immortals are an exception? He killed a god of destruction in his verse with the exact same command. What makes you think he cant do it again?
