Sir don't go there frequently specially with your children. They trapped my son few years ago and made him so called sanyasi. He was a reputed engineer in our family and was earning very well. Also are they even hindu?? Or other self proclaimed God? Who are using Hindus for fund. How they partially talk about different God. If that sadhu was sidh then he should know na that who is God or not. They are fooling upper middle class people by proclaiming themselves indirectly God. This is brainwash society.
Very good information and views of the Ashram. I use to live in Ranchi and visited it every Sunday for Satsang during childhood. Few more things to know about Ashram is that you can stay in the rooms on reservation basis. Call them or write to them to ask for a room stay. The kitchen on campus provides vegetarian food for free. there is no egg, no oinion, no garlic in the food. No cooking in the room is allowed. but you can bring fruits, snacks and outside restuarant food in the room and eat in the room. family rooms are in one building. and when only ladies come there is a woman's building . you can hand wash the clothes and dry them on clothes line provided in the building. bring your soap to wash clothes or you can use laundry service outside. the water in the kitchen is filtered water. also every building has filtered water for drinking. bring a water bottle to fill water for room Ranchi has an airport and train station very close to Ashram. cost of auto, rickshaw is very less . Ranchi also has Apollo hospital and other medical places for emergency medical treatment. Ranchi has rain showers almost everyday. bring an umbrella and sandal. it gets cold in Ranchi from September 15 to March 15th. Always bring sweater , Jacket, socks and hat for cold weather. The best season to visit Ashram is April and August. Also bring your mosquito cream or machine lie ALL OUT.. There are strict rules of visiting the Ashram and staying there. You cannot use the rooms for alcohol. smoking or partying. no loud music allowed. The campus has a security guard that checks who is coming with you or what you are bringing in. The devotee is expected to attend all meditations and activities during their stay. kids who cannot sit still or make noise are asked to stay out of meditation sessions. don't pick on the flowers in the garden. no littering allowed . no selling services or goods are allowed. Character and behavior is monitored for appropriateness. Any issues with foul language or character is not tolerated. And YES they understand and speak HINDI. don't be hesitant to ask in Hindi. There use to be a library with all guruji's books and magazines. you can borrow and read all the books for free. and learn all the chants form the chant book.

ASHRAM is very quiet place. People are busy inside the building doing their work. You cannot find them roaming around for chatting or asking directions. The welcome desk will always answer your questions. If you are used to talking all the time with other people, it will be difficult to stay here. Most of the devotees who come here are very quiet and deep thinkers. It won't be easy to make friends and chat all the time. You can ask the welcome desk 100 questions and still they will not get upset. They are very nice staff for devotees who listen to all complaints, queries and questions. So instead of asking other devotees , please ask the office always.
You need to study autobiography Of a yogi first…once you really feel desire for knowing meditation and other teachings and become a member of organisation, u can stay at Ashram.
