I have the z2 version and the weight doesn’t affect me much although bear in mind I’m an amateur player playing at most 3 times a week. I do love it as I haven’t had to worry at all about rolling my ankle. It’s the perfect protection badminton shoe. I worry that the lighter faster ones will not protect me as much. I’ll upgrade to this one once mine wears out

The durability is similar but slightly better in the eclipsion z3, in my experience
