Mine didn't come apart this easy. I recommend honing the big cylinder. Especially if it has alot of hours on it to break the glaze of the cylinder. These are cast iron rings and probably won't seat without it. Also, lubricate the rings, cylinder, and the rod journal before assembly.
Hello, it's been a while since the video... One question... I have the same compressor. Is it normal that the red valve always releases air intermittently at slightly higher pressure? Maybe someone knows an answer?
