Is this something that is only an issue when shooting using the iTTL mode? Or does this also need to be changed when controlling the speedlights manually? Thanks!
Dear Yannick! I have read your articles about tonality and depth rendition on different cameras/sensors. Did you try the "ancient" D2Xs? Would it be any better then the D300 and D700 that I have and love? Thanks in advance for your advise! Christoph
Yannick Khong That's a very nice duet! Good luck, you can find them quite inexpensive now and they really have 99 per cent identical interface! I love it when changing bodies in the forest, shooting wildlife - all that happens is you change the crop factor! And they take the same grip and same batteries. Really love the fact that you have put all those info on paper and online (Ken's way of explaining does cost him sometimes few believers :-) Great attitude of two of you guys! RespeK ! (by Ali-G, do you know him?) Have a very nice day! Christoph
Can you tell me which device you used here to remotely control the yongnuo YN-622N / TX system? How did you do this ??? ... I have 1x "YN-622N-TX" and 2x "YN-622N"! (What else do I need to remotely control the camera now?)
Hey, stumbled on your video for another reason. I'm thinking about buying a lightmeter, and was looking at Sekonic L-478D variants and trying to find one that may work with Yongnuo yb622n or 685 speedlight. And stumbled on forums talking about that pre-flash messing up meter readings and having to use the FV lock button, wasn't sure what it meant. Do you have a light meter? Does it work for you correctly with and without the pre-flash (FV Lock on/off)?
sorry to 'butt - in' on your channel, but i wanted to reply to you on mr wheeler's site on your last post. but as always correct conflicting evidence is always deleted from there. his testing method is fundamentally flawed at best, ridiculous would be a better word. his understanding of the inv sq law and how or when it applies is so twisted it is unbelievable, he obviously has no clue. i have seen your web site, and his flikr page, and wondering what possible thing have you learned from mr wheeler apart from old glass ?
thanks for the reply. just curious, i can't get anything useful from him, must be me... p.s. your wedding photos, really nice ....you have some stunners in there. ....good luck with your carrier
stuart redford Thx man! I'm glad you like my wedding photos! Yeah the information is generous yet very very clustered. I hope to resume some of it on my blog when I can :)
