We love Pappa Yoongi! So nurturing…. He is just perfect. The members know they are cared for. He saves his savage tongue for his bars, and occasionally the press/interviewers. The greatest part is, the way he quietly protects the members- especially Jimin.

Suga is a silent sweetheart I love him so much. I have a soft spot for Suga because he is so dynamic, sweet bitter, savage, funny and no reaction so colorful you don't know what you get from him but you do because always can count on him. He especially has endless patience with JK and has a soft spot for the youngest (all of them do) but Suga is just so adorable and since Jungkook is my ultimate bias although I bias all of them I love Suga further more. He and Jin really took care of the group.

Thank you for this reaction - Yoongi and Jin are like the mom and dad of the other members. Jimin once said to Yoongi "you're practically our dad". The camping, supermarket shopping and most cooking footage are from Bon Voyage Season 4, when they went to New Zealand. Yoongi is also quite the handyman - with Jimin's help, he fixed the screen door that the god of destruction (RM) broke.

He especially is soft and gentle with Jimin... sometimes he finds Tae and JK annoying with their excessive attention seeking touching... but you can see that he loves them just as much. In one video, I forget the source, Yoongi was doing a radio interview. And BTS said that Yoongi takes care of them quietly. And Yoongi said that's in imitation of his own father who took care of him and his siblings quietly. Yoongi is very funny in his own way! Yes, some compilation videos are rushed in the editing... but this one is nice and timed well... I especially love when english subtitles are included.

Since you enjoy cooking, I would like to suggest you a Korean recipe that is super easy and super fantastic to marinade the meat before cooking it in a pan or on a Korean griddle: it's excellent with every cut of beef or meat, but I suggest you try it first with raw sliced pork belly: it's devine! You'll need a few Korean ingredients but you should consider it an investment because, after tasting this kind of barbeque marinade, you'll probably never want to eat a classic barbeque ever again. 2 tablespoons of gochujang 1 tablespoon of rice syrup 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of myrin 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice 2 teaspoon of garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic These quantities are sufficient for about 2 lb of meat. - Cut the meat into slices thick about 0,20 inch (leave as they are if you're using sliced pork belly). If you want, you can also cut them a second time into "bite size", but you can also do this later, while cooking them. - In a large bowl, add all the ingredients from the list and mix well. - Put the sliced meat in the bowl and mix it so that every part is covered by the marinade. - Now you have to wait for at least 2 hours or, even better, let it rest overnight in the fridge, so cover the bowl using some plastic wrap or put meat and marinade in a large food bag and close it. This last method can be very helpful if you want to freeze the meat to barbeque it after some time. Anyway: cover it and let it rest until the moment you cook it. Cook the meat over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes on each side, stirring it constantly because the sugar and the rice syrup must caramelize but they can burn in an instant, if you're not careful. If you didn't do it before, cut the slices into bite size. Serve the meat with singular portions of steamed rice on the side and put many lettuce leaves in the middle of the table to let guests have fun making the traditional rolls with salad leaves, typical of Bulgogi :-)
