Nah. If that racket hadn't been torn apart, it was Fiona's arms that would be broken instead. That is a Mach 1 serve so unless you have fortified armor, you cannot tank that. The most sensible thing Fiona should have done is not to hit it since it would go out of bounds.

Fiona said it really clear, she had to put the racket in front of her or she would die, even the terrain was being dragged by the ball, so even if that was out, Fiona couldn't move fast enough to avoid the ball the only way to survive that was to stop the ball or at least reduce the speed which she did.

does he tho? he was raised as a spy, he worked with spies, informants etc. The guy operates around an elite. he doesn't look upon himself as elite, he sees himself and think "I am doing my job, like any normal person do", he thinks his own strength, speed etc. is the norm, not anything to write home about. He also understands that people, have their own unique traits, people he meet may be stronger, faster etc. That Yor is more athletic than him, as he seems to think of himself as a "normal" wouldn't be to shocking then

In the manga, he checked on her, and came to the conclusion that Yor was too klutzy, scatterbrained and sweet to be anything suspicious. Of course, he was checking for Yor as a potential counter-spy (which would have implied tons of contacts) and not as an assassin (which instead implies no contacts at all aside from her colleagues and her boss the Gardener) so he missed some fairly evident hints. Kind of like missing the forest because of all the trees, as they say.

Yor's insane displays of strenght draws too much unwanted attention, he knows she would be the last person any government or secret organization would hire as a spy. Loid also has no reason to believe Yor is an assassin, since she has had countless opportunities to kill him and Anya and they are both still alive. That leaves any other number of possibilities that Loid wouldn't give a f**k about, since having female John Wick protecting Anya is such an asset to him.
