I'll tell you what this really is..........it's a tutorial on shooting in full daylight is what it is! I've noticed that we tend to favor sunrise/sunset, and deservedly so, but dang! guys, you showed how to capture the beauty in any conditions! Bravo!
Right on Rick! We took advantage of every hour. I was surprisingly quite content with some of the afternoon imagery and even learned a few things shooting in those light conditions.
Another exceptional video of your adventure. Mark Camp…I’m loving your exquisite words to describe your experience! This series has brought back so many great memories of my trips to the park.
You guys are great! you are absolutely right life begins outside the comfort zone. I've had 8 back surgeries in the last 3 years and now I'm back to photographing the Swiss mountains. You can achieve anything if you are willing to step out of your comfort zone. Keep it up you're great
Hello Martin, inspiring words, and thankful compliments. I had planned a trip to Switzerland just before covid. After 3 attempts to rebook over the 2 years that followed, I finally let it rest. I do hope to visit eventually. I wish you the best for your photography adventures there and talk about inspiring others with 8 back surgeries, it just comes to show, anything is possible. Keep shooting, and thanks for supporting the channel!
@@MarkHoudePhotography Thank you for the wonderful entertainment. If you ever make it to Switzerland let me know and I'll show you the unofficial photography spots. Don't forget to bring good hiking boots and hiking sticks. 😉😁😁
Another wonderful video. This episode brings me back to the alpine meadows of the Rockies in Wyoming. For East Coasters living at seal level these high altitudes are exhausting with the thin air; the mosquitos were equally aggressive there, so maybe it's an altitude issue. I experienced the same serenity in those alpine meadows and still remember them 20+ years later. Our wrangler called the snow "Apache" snow...a patch here, a patch there. A little cowboy humor. The photos and imagery get better and better... I can't wait for next week.
My 2 Mark’s - you’re both amazing. Every single video of this Wondrous place has been great! Looking forward to next weeks video I noticed , you two didn’t wake up your usual time of 4:15, but earlier! Plus, God bless ya’s for dealing w/mosquitos, you’re both so dedicated ! 💕
Glad to hear that young lady - aka Mom. 😁 Yes, in order to reach Olmsted Point before sunrise we had to wake even earlier for our 1 1/2 hour drive. All well worth it!
I think this might be my new favorite episode! The memories came rushing back and the music you picked is exquisite as always. A trip I’ll remember the rest of my like. You are truly a master videographer. 👍
