A beautiful finale to a great series. As wonderful as the video and photography is, I am even more deeply touched by the depth of the friendship that has developed between the two of you. Who knew that a chance meeting at Ricketts Glen and a simple gesture of a dinner invitation could lead to such friendship. Bravo on the series! Certainly an inspiration to all who will watch it!
It's quite a story for sure, and that was a fantastic week at Ricketts Glen. I recall you & I going up a day early before Sam & Peter and having near-perfect overcast skies for shooting waterfalls. Who'd have thought the following day, we'd run into Camper on the trails and invite him to dinner, ending up in Yosemite together.
Mark (and Mark) - I found your channel only a few days before going to Yosemite last weekend (March ‘24) - I am now home and just watched the remaining 3 episodes. I am also a Nikon photographer about the same age as you guys, stayed in Curry Village etc. etc. Your series is perfect at capturing the combined slow pace and excitement of finding ‘that great shot’. I really enjoyed the series and really appreciate the time and effort required to make a series of this length and quality. BTW - late winter sunsets are amazing out there - the golden light climbs up El Cap then explodes across the clouds in pink, purple hues before fading to a lovely blue. Yosemite is magic! Thank You
After reading your words, you brought me right back to Yosemite. I was forever changed by my time in that magical wonderland that will always hold a special place within me. Thank you for taking the time to comment and share your love for Yosemite. I am grateful that you enjoyed the series.

A wonderful video to end your series on Yosemite, Mark. However I feel a little melancholy because it’s the end but looking forward to your next adventure either being from a local state park or maybe someplace further like the Adirondacks. Keep up the great work…your at the start of a new venture and I personally am looking forward to where that will go to. 😃

Thank you Mark for this wonderful series on an incredible national park and treasure. The enjoyment and friendship you two enjoyed during this week of photography and exploration came thru in every episode and especially this last one. The sunset time-lapse on Half Dome was inspirational and poetic showing the closing of a day and your trip....a fitting end to this adventure. It's serendipitous how people come into ours lives and have an effect that last the rest of it. Camper is one of those special people that we bump into and we are better for it.....I noticed the Rickets Glen shirt in this episode. I look forward to your future videos and adventures.
Sam, for each episode of this series, I'd look forward to words and how you form and shape a story from our stories. Very inspirational to say the least. It's been awhile since we've flown my friend, I see a drone video on the channel in the near future!

They say all good things must come to an end, and alas this is it for our Yosemite trip. ☹️ This was a trip of a lifetime and we both had a blast! I’ll cherish these memories forever. Great job once again Mark, you are one very talented man, I’m looking forward to see what is yet to come. I know I won’t be disappointed. 👍
