Yossi Gestetner, Hasidic Spokesperson says his image was shared by Pittsburgh Gunman 

A member of the Rockland Hasidic community says his image was used on social media by Robert Bowers, the alleged shooter in the Pittsburgh synagogue attack.
Yossi Gestetner, a spokesperson for the Hasidic community in the Hudson Valley, says that in April 2016, before the New York primary, he arranged an event at Trump Tower with then-candidate Donald Trump and Jewish media outlets.
Someone took a picture of Gestetner and Trump at the event.
"Some bigots, some anti-Semite, some haters put up that post and memed it, saying, ‘The Jews are controlling President Trump,’” Gestetner says.
Gestetner says Bowers reposted the image on one of his social groups.
Days later, Bowers allegedly took the lives of 11 people at the Tree of Life Synagogue.
"Obviously, there's a direct correlation between hate bubbling up on social media to some people then taking it to the next level,” says Gestetner.
Gestetner says he is confident in local law enforcement’s ability to keep his community in the Hudson Valley safe.
