A little hike past June lake to a lake called yost. It was a beautiful hike, the views were constantly getting wider and more beautiful. It was covered in shade almost the whole way. It was super steep the whole way but most of the hikes in this area probably will be. The destination wasn’t terrible. But we probably wouldn’t choose to go back to Yost over some of the better hikes in the area.
Over all we would probably give the hike about a 5/10 saved mostly by its scenic views and shade covering the whole way.
