2 years ago i watched this video and was inspired to go on my own debt free journey... I got into debt because of a loved one's medical needs and eventually funeral, now i came back to say thank you and screaming all the way from the philippines...i am debt free!!!

Unbelievable story. Any excuses I had before watching this video just went out the window. Smh.

If she can do it, I KNOW I can! She's put me to shame; I have no excuses. None. May God continue to bless Cinthya and her beautiful family!

I listened to this on the radio earlier today. But, to watch it...has brought tears to my eyes. This was such a touching and inspiring debt free story. God continue to give her/them the grace to make each day without her husband/their father.

I just finished my bachelor of science in nursing... and after watching this, my goal is to pay off my student loans and line of credit ASAP!!!!!!! Ugh

I love Dave being speechless at his desk! He must have been floating up on cloud nine unable to feel the ground for a week or two after they came through his studio!!!! I hope she is happily remarried in God's time - she and those kids would be such a blessing to another good man (her husband being the first, but I imagine this woman's dad and father-in-law are also in that category) - maybe these 3 great kids will have half siblings one day - what a blessing they would be to those younger half-siblings!!

I have no excuses. I have watched lots of these videos for encouragement and motivation. This one is my favorite. God Bless them.

I'm in tears the whole time I'm watching this. I really felt this one deeply my father died of brain cancer when i was 8 years old. My mother raised me and my two siblings by herself with help from family. I'm 46 years old now. What an Inspiration their story is. There's really no excuse not to win in life or be debt free. God bless them always. I would like to thank Dave. He's my father I never had growing up. Thanks Dave for all you do and your team.

Not only is she superwoman, just watch how her daughter beams with pure admiration and respect for her mom. No doubt it was difficult being that age and dealing with people at school having everything she couldn’t have but now she is just ages older in wisdom.

When she said she cut the electricity off I was like she wasn’t playing out here. She said cut it all off. But she did it! Awesome

HOLY SMOKES! I never comment on videos, but this video seriously brought tears to my eyes! I couldn't believe how much her story moved me. I'm grappling with the idea of going back to school (2 years left for a BA), while being engaged, looking for an apartment for me and my fiance, AND trying to remain debt free....all while living in NYC on a low income. It's so mentally stressful at times. You just want to give up on the idea of school (which makes you give up on the idea of making more money), or a wedding and just going to city hall, etc. But I know we'll figure something out. I'm 29 and I know that we just have to make wise decisions. Cinthya's story just shows me how we just need to push and we'll be able to make it.

I heard this on the podcast and teared up. When I watched the video, I bawled. Such a strong, determined woman. She's an excellent role model for her children and an inspiration to us all. I'm so happy that she was able to realize her and her husband's dream.

Just the way she talks about her husband is pure love. This is truly an epitome of what Dave says that you cannot win this battle without your spouse (if you are married). Even though her husband is already gone, he still motivates her and now look where she and their kids are. It's amazing amazing! This is my most favorite debt free scream yet! This is actually the first time I saw Dave actually cried and hugged the person and actually gave something to the family besides Chris Hogan's book.

The story is inspiring! At the end when they do the scream, you could see that Cinthya is a strong woman. How she screams in the end was very touching. She has been through a lot, and finally made it.

I’ve watched this many times over the last couple of years and it brings tears to my eyes every time. What a powerful legacy this beautiful, strong and courageous mother is leaving for her children. Dennis was an absolute stud of a husband and father with his strength and leadership. I pray for God’s blessings to continue to rain down on this family and upon Dave’s ministry. God is good indeed!

I think term life insurance is so important for young couples especially if they have huge debt load and doubly if they have kids. A guy like that could easily have gotten a really cheap term life insurance policy at 28 provided he passed the medical exam.

I was warned though but didn't listen as always stubborn me, didn't get the tissue, now my clothes are soaked! Any excuse, disappointment, pain, dislikes, negativity, that I may have,have just been blown away by this AMAZING WOMAN! I thought I had it rough and now doing better, but this woman just put me to shame in a good way. There are too many lessons to learn that they are just too lengthy to list, but for this family, to experience sudden sickness and unexpected death and still come out as a champion is beyond impressive. She even blew my mind by not forgetting to send her sincere appreciation to those that are important in their journey. God bless you and your family as you continue to win in life and may your husband countinue to smile down on you as he rest in peace.
