1 lb brussel sprouts
5 slices thick cut bacon
1-2 tbsps honey
1-2 tsps balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
1 tbsp duck fat or butter
1/2 packet sazon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika
1/4 cup or more shaved almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 blue cheese (or feta)
Diced onion and garlic

This is amazing, Roast, grill, stem etc. Never seen this before, not even in a 5 star restaurant ( only special events). love my veggies, Brussels sprouts hits a little different. I made something like this the other day.. but I used turkey bacon and agave nectar with a garlic and herb cheese with Brussels sprouts came out good… this looks so good too! 😋😋😋🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 might have to try yours! I also had these bbq almonds too, that I chopped up.

Favorite side dish that I make: Red cabbage and mushrooms Loaded roasted spaghetti squash Brussel sprouts!!!! So I’ll definitely be doing this recipe minus the ingredients when you put it in the bowl 😅

I'm making this for Thanksgiving 2023. Adding goat cheese instead of bleu cheese. Adding pomegranate seeds instead of cranberries. Adding toasted pine nuts instead of whatever. Because these similar things are already in my house pantry, they substitute well. Don't be afraid of swapping out ingredients. The core of bacon and brussels, toasted, with vinegar is the key!

I do my fried cabbage like this, saute the cabbage in the bacon grease, and onion. Love sprouts, and love the stuff you putting in it. Going to make tomorrow. Can't wait. 😋

I just made your meatball subs the other night and my husband said best meatballs ever...then with the leftovers I made spaghetti with the awesome sauce left over from meatball subs!! It was drop fork greatness. Recipe for this recipe isn't in description..?? We Love your food! The Red beans and rice recipe is a keeper too! Keep doing wht you're doing, cuz it's great!!

I had this dish in Virginia Beach at Eurasia restaurant a couple weeks ago and it was devine! I've been looking online for the recipe with the exact same ingredients ever since but none of the ones I found were the right ones. Of course Mr. Make It Happen had the exact recipe, I don't know why I didn’t look on here in the first place...I would have saved so much time. 😂

Made it last night for Thanksgiving and it was delicious enough though I left out the blue cheese (not a fan of blue cheese). Also I use butter instead of duck fat. I don't really like brussel sprout but man I couldn't stop eating them.

I would like to see a complilation video of sauces that you have made… you could also do them by region like asian sauces or iltalian sauces but still make it into a compilation video without the ingredients list so we know what all we need to make all the sauces… i also would like a kitchen pantry tour. Brussels Sprouts are also one of my favorite vegetables. Your recipe looks amazing. I would stop after the cranberries and almonds. I do not like Bleu Cheese, although I'm sure it's good for those who like it. Thank you very much. One other appetizer I like is bacon wrapped water chestnuts. Do you have a video with that recipe?
