Morally, the Latino-Hispanic-LatinX politician is in the right, because he was excluded from the smokey room where Madame Mayor cut the pie atop a pork barrel. In that light, the Latin American Community of Chicago needs a bigger piece of the action (contracts), so, maybe thicker envelopes (with five rubber bands) and earlier invitations to "the right parties" given by the generous-donor Latino and Hispanic and LatinX businessmen are in order from this promising Latino politician. Really? When Emmanuel was mayor, he closed down a lot of schools in the black neighborhood. Him and Daley pushed a lot of black people out of their neighborhoods and let foreigners take over. Y'all getting mad mad at Lightfoot for something Rahm Emmanuel and Daley has already done but y'all never went after them. But a black mayor is in office now y'all have a problem. What it is is that whites wanna keep racism going. Chicago politics in and of itself brings out the absolute worst in people like Lightfoot. There are good people willing to stand up her hatred and contempt for others who don't think like her. The way she acts at City Council meetings proves without a shadow of reasonable doubt that the constitution does not apply to her.

If I was mayor, I would’ve let him speak while taking notes. Whatever the concern, I’d hear it out. Not silence them cause they criticized me. A true leader would welcome the feedback and learn to do better.
