Blacks have voted for white mayors who also don’t care about the city they govern…look at Philadelphia, or the various Republican states who have the lowest poverty nation wide. It’s about the individual, and their ability to govern no matter what the constituents look like or vote for. She was just another greedy politician who uses their position for personal gains and professional advancement, and not to govern.
