Girl! The day after the eclipse I got so sick, had it coming out both ends and then read that eclipse sickness is purging you of negative energy! It only lasted a few hrs where I could only drink water but then was able to eat that night, weird! But very heavy intense energy and exactly as you were saying all the scary stuff from my past coming up but instead of letting it scare me(very rough past), reflecting and sending that version of me love ❤ I’m a new subscriber and you’re so authentic and real and that resonates with me! Thanks for all your help as I’m on my way to doing the same thing you are and trying to help those that are hurting! Like you I feel other’s pain and emotions deeply! "Shut it down before it brings you down" I felt it immediately... I was so sick of my ego constantly sabotaging my energy so yesterday I was like you know what "You're done you gotta stop trying to get in my way I know it's hard to trust and move forward but that's what I want to do so go find yourself the peace i'm offering and get the hell outta my energy field" this was the first time I was so firm with my boundaries with myself and after that I literally cried for hours and wrote 2 pages worth of stuff that was taking me down and making me feel insufficient and weak and powerless and slept all day today... I literally felt for the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks like I was dying all of the things coming up I even wrote it down "I feel like a box is rattling around through my brain wanting to burst open" and my whole body was feeling through it. And also I'm so proud of you and thankful to you, you are teaching me and everyone else what REAL HEALING is and I'm so happy for you and your energy in this world. I LOVE LOVE LOVE you 🐷

Thank you for posting this. I've been in Chronic pain for 15 years now from a lower back injury so from around half way down my back to my feet. It's an Absolute Nightmare. I've done everything I can from the needles to Surgeries, Surrendered, Prayed, Asked for Spriti Guides or Guardian Angels, you name it. The only thing I haven't done is QHHT and I'm so drawn to it. In 15 years You can, maybe you couldn't even imagine how many meditations I've done to try and Heal Myself and being a Single Father of 4 boys for the last 13 years, I'm so Proud of them all as to where they are in Life. I'm Hoping with ALL My being that they don't work 19 hour days driving trucks and physically lifting 2 tonne + per day, 5 days per week. QHHT though. If I can get Down to Melbourne here in Australia 🇦🇺, I'm definitely giving it a shot. I did hear through a few NDE videos here on RU-vid, what "They" call Junk DNA, that's where the Source, Creator, God part of Us Is. If it wasn't for my back injury though, I wouldn't have seen my three youngest grow up. Being on the road all the time, I missed that with the two oldest for most of their Lives. That really is the only Positive I can find all this and to be able to maybe change into the other version of Self or do a QHHT session and come out all good and well because maybe I got stabbed in the back in a former life or whatever. There are many of us that are being contacted to transform ourselves to help others through the physical and mental pain people are suffering from. We will all reach the abundant life we are promised to have. Lady, guess what!. I went to the outside and explore it and went to different call centers to talk about health and I was able to see people again, I was scared as I was going out in my bike but I faced my fears and explore the capital. I feel proud of myself and self love and exploring the unknown has done so much good in me, am excited for life again. And it part is because of you and your videos, techniques the one that you teach help me, even if I just used it like 1 or 2 times it was enough to rise me or move me from whatever I was stuck in. I wanted to share my experience as is the only thing I can at the moment, as my seeds are not ripe yet but I have good ground with a lot of love :D. Thank you, you are beautiful and wonderful person, I love you and keep doing what you are doing, you are sweet and strict but what little shake up is what people need.

Good for you sister. I have lots of experience with PTSD. My father was a clinical social worker and as a clinician specialized in treating PTSD. I naturally inherited his gifts but enhanced with a special emphasis on children. All the girls I had relationships with all had major PTSD. I had some PTSD too. Very important to understand that it was not your fault. I struggled with this, but you have to learn to forgive! Release what you don't need to carry to make room for new things. Forgive yourself too. Im sure these are things you know, but maybe this will help you

When you said you could’ve lost a loved one recently or 15 years ago…I lost my father to depression/addiction 15 years ago this year and I’ve been yearning to connect with him more. 🥹 Thank you for bringing through the message of the lyrics of that song. My father passed about 12 years ago, and he has contacted me many times and in many ways since. Two people saw his spirit in his old house, and he often left coins and turned on electrical things like tv and power recliner. The Master key reference was significant to me; I actually found a Master lock on the side of a street - 1 day after randomly viewing how to 'crack' a Master lock. Last year around May, I had this moment of spiritual awakening where I became aware of my own self love. And I knew that now that I knew love, every simultaneous existence of me would know love because I did. It took a year and a half for it to fully become embodied and awakened in me but I understand what you mean so much. I could see it visually we were all in line side by side and we all looked similar and some looked very different. It was very beautiful.

@caraelizabethspeaks yes. 💖 A few weeks ago, I had the proper awakening. Like it came full circle. I saw I was loved, I felt I was loved, I knew ibwas loved. The next night, I felt her dying. The part of myself, the ego that protected me and shielded me this past year. But she had to die in order for me to accept love in and know that I was worthy of accepting that love in. It was release and surrender. It came out of nowhere. I still cry when i think about it. She is the compost, the fertilizer for my tree of life. There is no going back after this.

Thank you so much, my sister-in-law passed away 6 years ago... I'm in a spiritual awakening process right now, and in the midst of healing a lot of things to do with family and marraige. I made a big mistake several years ago that still haunts me and I feel like my sister in law is trying to help me through that process.... I know Source is opening up a path for me, but experiencing a lot of blockages and this mistake is one of my blockages, it's been really hard to forgive myself, also working through forgiving someone important in my family who has caused a lot of emotional instability and a lot of deep rooted hurt in people that I love dearly, I'm finding it tremendously hard to navigate how to have a relationship with this person.... I know this message is for me and as I was crying, you were crying and through that I felt so much compassion, so thank you sooooooooo much, I'm so grateful!! ❤🙏

Thank you for this beautiful message. ❤ I recently realized that I gotta ground and embrace my humanity. Do some very human, mundane, and practical things if I want to live the life I've been dreaming of. The irony is that by realizing who I truly am I lost myself, so I basically came full circle. 😂 I'm here for the human experience which means accepting everything that comes with it.
