I've just been turned on to him...the most real builder out there!.. I'll check into his supplements... And his real food education... This guy is fuckin real!
Two years ago i started to pay attention to this man I was 38 at the time. I didnt think i stood a chance to grow comming in to things a complete noob. I learned how to "Properly" feel my muscles and get "in tune" with them and get a waaaay better pump in my workouts. How just the slightest changes in a movement can totally change the workout. I literally wrote down what he ate to get big and worked it in to my lifestyle. 2 years later at 40. I packed on some quality muscle, and since i learned by him how to properly eat "Clean foods" my body feels great and my health is amazing. I proudly say this channel has changed my life for the better.
Scott Adam you sound like an asshole? Are you an asshole? Srs why does it matter if he’s American or not? The dude started out a noob and made progress. That deserves respect. Foh
I'm 38 in September and I hope I can look back in two years and say the same. It's hard for mr to eat more. I'm 140 and actually weighed more in my 20's. Not a lot more, but 155. I want to be 170. I'm almost 5'10". I used a protein/calorie shake twice a day before and it was working but it's really expensive. It was from GNC. It's easier to drink calories. Any recommendations from anyone would be helpful. What's a good weight gainer that's not ridiculously expensive?
@sf2explus I do eat when I take them. I want to eat 2,500-3,000 calories a day and it's just hard for me to eat that much. I just found it easier to supplement 1,500 of them through two shakes a day than eating them.
@Phil Fry- I'm going to go out on a limb here and 100% say- You dont look like that if you are natural. No way! No how! Unless all you do professionally is train.. There is No way your body has time to recoup and grow at that rate naturally, especially if you have a normal life with a 9-5 job and adult responsibilities.
When I first started training I was obsessed with getting abs and ripped.. I lost the weight but looked gaunt. Almost 5 years later, my mind set is different, I’m not scared of being a bit puffy..in fact I think I look better now. I love to eat, I look forward to each meal.. Good advice.
Actually good advice. I agree. Often people like myself who are used to always being slim and healthy, have a hard time with purposefully becoming chubbier. But once you get used to it, you actually realize that the longer term results are much more important than just staying small and skinny. You gotta put on some fat during bulking season in order to build mass. It's just the way it is.
I like how he genuinely just speaks his opinion the whole time. He doesn't cut scenes to speed it up or whatever every 2 seconds he's just genuinely talking his pointers
As a young growing man in my twenties, your videos are a great inspiration. No BS, just your thoughts. Love your videos about being real with ourselves etc. Thanks for all the great vids :)
This video has changed my way of eating. Looking at the way I was eating it's like an eating disorder. Eat eat eat and if you can't eat your gonna shrink and if your stomach hurts, that's too bad bc you need to grow. That's not the way to live. Your simplicity and the way you live your live, is changing mine. Thank you sir.
So fascinated by the work people like you put in, to make your bodies like you want to have them. And then most people only think that it is so easy, just take some testo or this and that. Would never be able to do it myself, but i like the mindset behind it. Great vids.
Food is key no matter what supplements or anabolics your on. I see so many people who take gear and look like shit. Then look exactly like they did before gear once they stop using it. Seth Feroce is the most educational and down to earth bodybuilder on RU-vid. He knows the formula to building a physique and doesn’t bs his followers into some supplement scam or promote anything claiming it works wonders! Sleep, Food, Training, Mind Muscle Connection, Cardio and Timing is everything. Really awesome video. I think anyone in the fitness world can benefit from the videos you make. They are real truth in bodybuilding. Leave a like if you think Seth is the best educational bodybuilder and personality on RU-vid.
This is so true especially if you're a hardgainer/ectomorph who struggles to put on weight! Food is everything & if you want to be big you gotta eat. You will get a bit chubby along the way but so be it. You can do cardio to lean out later but first get big. Put on the size then worry about getting leaner later. Great video by Seth👍💪
Love this guy. I wish you would do a video for us construction workers who work outside year round and lift and climb 40 ft ladders daily . When I hear these body builders say they eat more on leg days , it’s like man I got leg day every day, it’s 8 hours then it’s the gym at 7 pm . My stomach eats itself daily on a diet
Man you talk to us like we are there and like we are your apprentices. Lots of love and respect in how you conduct yourself and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you Sir
So great to hear you talk about staying off the scales and actually taking the look and feel of shit into account. Think it’s a great message for the mental health side of things. Keep it up man, no bs just your truth.
Aloha from Hawaii, Seth! Always an inspiration to the common bodybuilder and fitness enthusiasts. Keep up the great videos on RU-vid. Many blessings to you and your family.
Making a protein smoothie in the morning truly is an awesome way to start your day off. I use either almond milk or water, 3 ice cubes, about 70g of oats, 2 scoops of optimum nutrition natural vanilla, 1 large banana, 1-2 scoops of natural peanut butter and bam. Tastes great and gets me what I need right away. I am NOT a morning person so having something I can quickly prep and take with me on the way to work is perfect. First whole meal is maybe 3 hours later.
Brother thank you for this priceless advice on how to get big. Awesome ideas you have given me to grow in the right way. Much Love brother. Stay Blessed both you and the family. Peace Bro.
Your videos are very inspirational and give me a lot of motivation I follow a lot of your workouts. Being a woman I don’t expect to look like you but I struggle with even noticing any progress.
Seth, can you please put your Axe and Sledge products on amazon? Your products are amazing, but shipping cost is a toll. I know that shipping aint free, but i would definitely buy more products even if it costs a little bit more on amazon to cover shipping
Not sure why you're all complaining. The shipping is incredibly fair. I ship every day in my job and can tell you A&S rates are based on almost exactly what USPS, UPS and FedEx charge - so he's not making money on the rates.
I am happy to have come across your videos recently. My life changed after the eye opening videos from Rich Piana and since he passed away I didnt follow anyone else as honest as he used to be until now. Keep them videos coming ! :)
Hey what's up Seth! Been following your instagram for a long long time, never knew you had RU-vid too. Just subscribed, been loving the channel, especially hooked on the steroid part 1-5 Keep the content coming!
Too many bodybuilders pushing crap foods and wack diets. This guy speaks like a real man that knows real good. Healthy relationship with food too. Love this guy.
Awesome advice mate and much needed for me post prep as I have been obsession over scale weight...I've put them away and going by the mirror now, great videos.
Seth Feroce...what a great guy...true American! Love your line of clothes. Need to try your supplements. You're a great inspiration. Since following you...which is about 8 months, I've put on about 18 pounds of muscle! Thank you Seth.
Thank you. No, I don't have a routine. Whichever muscle group is not hurting...I will hit it that day. Mind muscle connection. I have 3 conditioning days a week, that way I don't have to do a lot of cardio. Too much cardio and I lose muscle weight. I'm on a high fat, high protein, low carb "diet". Too much carbs and I get fat. I don't mess around in the gym....time is too valuable.
I just wonder how much time does this guy have to take a proper rest...He trains like a beast every fucking day, and eats 6 meals a day plus runs his own business...You gotta respect this dude👏
I don’t dispute anything Seth says but my first cycle of test and tren, I got much bigger and leaner than I’ve ever been eating in a deficit. I think if you’re in a surplus around the time of your workout but in a deficit overall, you can still grow while burning some fat. Obviously the results will be much slower and minimal compared to a surplus
This guy right here is a living legend, father to upcoming bodybuilders. Sharing info like that is priceless and its working 100%. Since i watched Chicken & rice mfers it changed the whole game up for me no f joke. Started paying attention to what foods do great to me and what not, when i did that boooooooooom growin like a mf 😀. Thanks Seth for vids like that and please keep up the good work 💪🏼💪🏼
Thank u Seth Finally I can wrap my head around diet . It’s logically explained on how and what and why on the endless debate of .... diet while trying to put on size or slim down . I can’t stop rewatching to catch anything I missed . Thanks again
Thank you for being real! You’re definitely an inspiration! I just started working out with weights and need all the real talk I can get. Love this sh!7!! Go BIG or go home and I’m not going home.
This is why strongmen are strong ... incredibly strong. They are big boys and yes their BF percentage is higher but there are no strongmen that are 145 lbs. Love your talks and videos Seth ... Cheers
Actually, there are strongmen at 145lbs... as a 165/180lbs US Strongman national competitor, I can say I have seen several 140lb athletes that do very well in strongman. The weights are just balanced just like they would be in powerlifting.
Awesome video just started watching you and already doing more intense work outs. Started doing 2 worm up making a total of 7 sets to really feel the burn. Love your truthfulness in your videos. Keep up the great work
Your full of SHIT. You can eat all the healthy food you want,...do regular cardio sessions and do strength training exercises religiously, backl to back with a good rest.No amount of great food will give you the natural athletic look that most men are trying to achieve in this daily world.(MARVEL) characters. Medically speaking, when someone says they eat 5,000 or 7,000 calories a day to get their size - it's a lie. They always need a powerful drug to push the anabolic and metabolic limit per day over natural levels. Your body can only absorb 30-40 grams of protein per 3 to 4 hours. Everything else is wasted. All calorie diets are bullshit. Accept the truth or don't. But if you have a friend that has been working out with you and only gained a pound or two over 6 months time then he comes back and has 20 pounds added, he isn't natural anymore.?
@@lewisburgatheist i laugh so hard at you guys with ur theory 30 gram protein absorb ask urself is that why you look shit im on 350 gr proteins daily and trust i dont like its wasted 🤪
Of all the "BIG" guys on the web, you seem to be the most... On point! Spot on advice IMHO. I also like that you care about your overall appearance and proportion.
I have never tried egg whites in the shake ..been using - coconut water strawberry protein powder cup spinach cup carrots 1/2 cup oats 1/4 cup berries I love the feeling the shake gives me..adding my pre workout to all those beautiful macros I feel like I can lift the entire gym all at once or run straight through a wall 🤣
I really admire and appreciate the honest advice from personal experience you share with trial and error and especially weekly meal prep and not over eating as well with discipline @24:30 I went “ too far” on the carbs from 185lbs-217 lbs in about 3 months this week I’m 201 noticeable fat loss on belly with gains in shoulders, back, legs Trying not to use the scale everyday and focus on the clean calerie dense carb protein and fat meals daily. Thanks Seth 💪 🙏
Chris Wilson yes it is expensive....next week we are releasing our grocery shopping videos! I buy a ton of food for myself and the family but i go into detail on how to do this all on a budget. Up until recently i was on a very conservative budget. So stay tuned for next week! 👍💪⚒
22:48 agreed, the only numbers I'm focused on are the numbers I'm putting up in the gym. I don't count macros, but eat balanced meals and try to cut back on carbs the more the day goes by. Like you, I also eat a bit more for DL and Squat days.
Absolutely! Next week we are releasing our grocery store videos where i take you on a journey of how i feed myself and the family! I discuss budget and what used to do up to this point in my life now.
Just switched from a dirty bulk to clean eating. I was about 215 at my heaviest with abs still visible. Stoked to cut down. But not afraid to bulk up again in the future.
Gotta eat clean, but you have to throw in some good ol' dirty food too....pizza, burgers, tacos, etc. Can't eat chicken and rice year round and expect gains!
Dan Herrin not true... the pizza burgers and tacos have two things you want. Fat and Salt. You can get that from eating clean buuuut we are broke and pizza burgers and tacos are a fuck ton cheaper and easier to consume. But let’s not get this shit fucking twisted.
