I would return it, it gives you no joy... 😢 If they won't send you a replacement for the same price, then wait for the next campaign or sale, there are always new ones... 👍 Sorry this happened, such a disappointment, such a hassle to deal with... 😢
Dooney needs to upgrade their Qualtiy Control. I bought a medium florentine Russell and the zipper pull came off. Also the clasp wasn't closed all the way. 😡
I had encountered this. My bag wasn't finished on one side. It had the white on one side and didn't look like the other side. I was soo upset. I had to returned it.
Perhaps send it to repair because they won't honor the same price when you repair. Hopefully it will be reduced with all these sales. I don't have a Gia however the silhouette I do have that is similar doesn't look like that.
I've had 3 bags I've returned for flaws. I returned all and repurchased the geena satchel but at regular price. Unfortunately. All the bags ive returned come from the california facility . Some of those boxes were so torn that i have no idea how it made it out of facility. Especially quality control, not noticing the flaws .
It’s an absolutely beautiful bag what a shame it looks like factory defects. I am surprised that Dooney doesn’t inspect their products before shipment. Call customer service to see if you can get a replacement/exchange bag.

Ugh Tera super BUMMER! I hate when companies ship what is clearly unsatisfactory items! I hope you have it boxed and ready to go. I would at the least contact DB to cover return shipping. I hope you get your hands on another Gia! Hugs and sorry :(
I definitely would not wait a week. If it is defective or unfinished you clearly were disappointed. I know the feeling of missing the sale price but missing sale price to return it is better than keeping and you are not happy at all with it. There's always another sale. It might be awhile or sooner than later. Your disappointment tho😢. Hopefully you can grab it if it pops up on sale. Tfs and hope you decide what works for you.

Your video was in low definition so I couldn't see the white clearly, however I looked back on the ILD website and the edges of this bag are not white. Return!
