I bought a tiny pillow and sleep on my sides. I can’t breathe properly on my back. I don’t sleep with my face on the pillow even when I roll over in my sleep. My pillow is wadded up under my ear on one side and again on the other side. I am 64 years old and do not have the wrinkles that other women my age have. I also don’t have the neck wrinkles like other women my age have due to I always keep my head high instead of constantly bending my head down to look down. Believe it or not, it helps! At least it helps me, anyway.
@@lianxie5582 yeah ur right I like to sleep on my back on it but I end up sleeping on my side cause it’s more comfortable now I have a asymmetrical face🥲
You can only imagine how the face of a person who sleeps on the right side of their face, but chews on the left side of their jaw looks like, but I don't have to imagine that since I see it everytime I look in the mirror. If I were to draw a line straight down the middle of my face, it would be as it is, a straight line, but from what I notice, when looking straight at my face in the mirror, I can see where the outline of my jaw on the side of my face I sleep on is more steep than the jaw on the other side that I mainly chew on. Not to mention the jaw shape on one side is a bit more burly than the jaw shape on the other side thanks to the many years of subconsciously chewing on that side. I once pointed out my facial asymmetry to a family friend of mine, he told me that it was caused by the way I sleep, I then asked him if facial asymmetry caused by sleeping positions can be fixed, he said "No", but he also went on to say "Maximize your look to drown out the asymmetry". I didn't believe that sleeping on one side could cause facial asymmetry and I didn't believe that I only slept on one side, that is until that very night where I lay down and the only side I felt comfortable sleeping on was the side of my face that is visibly flatter, then I realized and was in shock. I'm really hopeful that facial exercises can fix or lessen the effects of facial asymmetry.
bro, that is literally me who sleep on right side so i can see the right side is thinner and has more wrinkles while i am eating on my left side so it look stronger but that makes a huge asymmetrical cuz right side is flatter and left side look strong so have u find a solution or tried something that worked with you?
Yes, I have that problem. And there is a line that extends from the lower eye to the jawline. It comes from sleeping on the left side of my face for YEARS. I can even feel the myofascial pain when I'm massaging my face. I asked doctors why was my face have such pain and they couldn't give me an answer. I know the pain comes for sleeping on my face.
Mam please how to fill one side lower cheek😢😢mam as I like chubby cheeks. My one side cheek is chubby and other is not I am tension about that please make a video to fill one side lower cheek it's my request😔😔.
So true about eyebrow and eyelash loss on the side I sleep on, I sleep on the left side and the lashes and brows are less full on that side and over plucking has also caused some issues on the brows
Hello, I am new to your channel and I am liking your content, I just wanted to give my point of view on the translation from English to Spanish, even if it is the subtitles since it is difficult for me to translate it.
I think my issue is I always chew on my right side, so it’s naturally pulled my jaw to that side, and it also makes my face on that side look slimmer, just cus the size of the jaw muscle stretches it out. Need to chew on my left side
Because of GERD I have to sleep on the left side due to the anatomy of the gut etc and to avoid making the GERD worse. My left side is flatter but no apparent sleep wrinkles. My right side has more puff in the cheeks and around the nasal labial area. I will try to sleep more on the right side in spite of GERD, which is actually more comfortable for my body but not my digestive system, but it's not easy.
please add subtitle indonesia language for your all video in youtube. i really wanna try and learn everything from u but i don't really understand for english
Mam I'm from India..i wanna take your asymmetrical face change into symmrtrical face...but there's showing that i need to pay on dollars can you please tell me how can i pay for the course? I hope you'll reply asap...thank you so much mam❤️🙏
6:28 I am confused here please someone explain this to me She said the side that you sleep on will be flatter which in my case is flat because I sleep on that cheek but she also said that side will be puffier than the other which is contrary to the first statement because the cheek that I sleep on is ofcourse flat but the puffier side which is a problem is my other side on which I don't sleep and that's why it has become more puffy and wrinkly same as the girl shown at this time stamp 6:28 Here the right cheek ( with respect to my right) is flatter which is my cheek at which I sleep and left cheek is same as my left cheek at which I don't sleep and it has become like compact and small and also that smile is same as mine
