Recipe 1 and ingredients:
200 g green buckwheat.
Soak in water for 8 hours.
Now you need to drain the water and rinse the buckwheat.
200 ml water.
Grind with a hand blender.
3 tablespoons flax seeds.
grind in a coffee grinder.
some salt to taste.
some dried basil.
10g baking powder.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
I put the dough in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Bake at 190°C for 40-45 minutes.
Recipe 2:
1 zucchini.
garlic, salt.

160g red lentils.

40 g psyllium seeds.

You can add your favorite spices, e.g. B. Curry.

Add 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
