Today we take a look at Royal Mail - Warrington Mail Centre, Orion Blvd, Omega Blvd, Great Sankey, Warrington WA5 3XA.
Photography was a problem a couple of times and there was a GDPR compliance issue, but once management arrived things were soon got better.

Loved this one. Royal Mail Security Dave is unable to listen/hear/ and simply understand…and then another Royal Mail employee approaches and he too is unable to listen. Then a delightful and enlightened driver comes along and makes everything quite right. 🤸‍♂

The driver was absolutely spot on he knew the score and acted like a normal human. Why is it when you point out the gdpr issues if you don't get a copy or refuse their details so you can obtain a copy they usually throw a paddy, especially the do called head of security and some management drone. That employee that received a key ring was a breath of fresh air! Even without his inhaler 😅. Then the recycle guy only added to the positive vibes! These moments are the best evidence that audits are absolutely needed and very effective. This education process can take time to make a difference. Over time, one person at a time is educated then eventually shares with others. Great Job DJ! Keep educating and THANKS for another video! It’s just another reminder

At the end of the day the staff may have been ignorant of the rules but at the end of the day the manager who is the guy in charge as well as the transport manager and other senior staff member are aware of the rules and even if they weren’t sure like the transport manager they were respectful and didn’t come out with a poor attitude which was great to see. “Big up” to them for having a great attitude and interacting in a positive way.

It looks like the yellow handrail comes from the Yellow Submarine sculpture at Liverpool airport, they've been missing for the past 8 years it's so good they've now been found at the Royal Mail depot, but why?

Great video and nice the building reflects the aerodrome history of the site and fine drivers. 👍⭐⭐⭐ The industrial estate is redevelopment of RAF Burtonwood, primarily the aerodromes and related buildings on the southwest portion of the airfield. Constructed at start of WW2 and used by RAF and USAAF/USAF to 1959. RAF used the airfield periodically to 1966. The main runway is approximately the route of M62. Aerodromes and warehouses were used by US Army as a storage depot till 1993. St Helens Star has 2017 article on later demolition of some of the structures and control tower. Royal Mail manager is correct, the grass area outside the gate, pull overs and block pavement are part of their property and Council begins where the curbs begin to curve onto Orion Blvd and asphalt pavement.

Great reactions from the lads at the end , folk don't realise how offensive it is to accost someone engaged in a perfectly lawful activity and bark false directives at them or interrogate them as to to the whys and wherefores As a photographer i have encountered some right yogurt tops ,so can understand why DJ has become more abrupt and forthright over time . I lived in Warrington for a couple of years and enjoyed it. Sadly I had a modern home on Callands, which, after being used to having space and land in Norfolk, was hard, but, just behind my garden was the linear park so it helped my rural spirit. Warrington had brilliant cycle paths too. You will notice on the drone too that it's nice and flat like my beloved fens. I would happily go back to live near Warrington, but it'd have to be a house out rural this time. I'd have the best of both worlds. Warrington people are as lovely as Boston people.
