The twisting vines completely disable the collision physics of the chickens and reduce lag a LOT, xsumavoid has a great video on this

The only thing that would improve it is using Equivalent Exchance and some of its addons. Add an Egg to an EMC link, and you remove the need for chickens altogether.

@@havefeith You 100% did not put any thought into that, did you? If you're already using an EMC link, why would you not use a better fuel that's more EMC efficient? The point of the chickens is that it's compact and infinite compared to other methods, but if you're including other mods into the mix that goes completely out the window, *especially* if it's an EMC link of all things

The point is that it COULD be done in survival. It's just not realistic to do.

You might want to take a look at the addon create aeronautics. It is in development and will release this year.

​@@TheThundercow nope. as its not out for 1.20.1, just base Valkrie skies and Eureka for Valkrie Skies. turns put ya cant get certain things from create to function properly no matter what ya do with with them on a Eureka created flying contraption, as rail based tech(anything thats a minecart or train) losses functionality and just stays fixed in a status position where its placed down on a eureka based creation, killing alot of build ideas i had in mind sadly.

Yeah, the tank must remain as big as it is in every design previously seen, for it to be level 9.

it is intentionally a reference, same with how blaze burners go blue when they get super heating (although it is just common knowledge that fires go blue when hot enough)

I don’t think it can be smaller, the whole point of this is that the mechanism fits within the frame of the boiler. You need the fluid tanks, you need the blaze burners, and you need the steam arms, there’s nowhere you can skim off extra blocks. You could remove the entire mechanism from the boiler setup, and it’d still be the same size

Nope it actually is! The rails are controller rails and move the minecart in the direction they’re placed

Your steam engine can't run in 1.20.1 without a block under the stairs where you get the water that you put in the engine because, for some reason, without a block underneath the water is not generated and the steam engine will stop working (3x6x6 in 1.20.1)
