A very interesting subject. Regarding affirmations - I know some people swear by them. And I do believe in the power of our thoughts and words to shape our reality. But I have tried affirmations numerous times and very seldom got results. I think the state of my inner being has more "say" in the situation. I can say I am_____ all I want, but if at my core I believe that I am NOT _____, the words have little effect. I had never heard that Salvador Dali quote before. I love it. There were times I felt like I was going totally crazy and had no grip on reality. But I kept trusting that inner voice of knowing and it walked me safely thought it all. So much goes back to the idea of - face your fears, and your fears can no longer control you. As always - thanks for sharing your thoughts Christina. You are a beautiful soul.

True, I love affirmations too! Speaking is also called SPELLing for a reason, however we have to also work internally on our inner world in order to manifest things... it is all about our true image (internal one) and when we just affirm things out loud, for general public it is not enough. It is enough when one knows how to commend the energy around with their voice (this requires feeling and sometimes movement of our body as we speak) maybe I will make a video about that :) it is exactly as you said, if you believe you are not, then whatever you say does not matter. People lie all the time to others, and we can lie to ourselves as well. Btw I am happy to see you here Dave, it has been a while and it is always good to see good old souls coming back into our life! Been reprogramming since 2013 and havent manifested anything I want. The last 11 years have been a total waste of my time. The universe hasnt shown me any support. I'm all on my own it seems.
