Gary has been down with us forever. Ain't a racist bone in his body. Thanks for keeping a smile on my face and for having me laughing all these years. A big shout out to Bam too. You a real one...
@Pepe Aguilar Did you happen to ever notice he does shows for crowds predominantly of color? He does relatable jokes and jokes crackin on him being white because it's stand up and it's funny as hell when you can make light of sensitive subjects and everyone of all colors can laugh and enjoy. Try not being so sensitive or looking too far into something that isn't there. I also have to point out the sheer irony of your comment saying "I think he is racist cause always his BLACK wife".......ummmmmm that would be weird wouldn't it lmao.
@Pepe Aguilar I'm well aware of his career considering I've been a fan and following him for years and years and years lol. You aren't proving anything other than you have a off kilter opinion of him 👌. The guy has a Black wife, mixed children, Black best friends, and does shows for predominantly Black crowds and you go and call the man a racist/has a fetish lmfao makes total sense. The hundreds of thousands of Black fans he has must be blind as a bat and confused about his horrific racism towards them 🤦♂️. It's common knowledge in the comedy world that comedians will keep bits and life experiences that the crowds enjoy and laugh at along with new work over the years so basing your conclusion of the guy purely on that is being lazy.👍
Indeed. Rather than making fun of Blacks and their culture(s), his comedy seems to focus more on how much he likes and wants to emulate Blacks, and the resulting awkwardness/hilarity when he attempts to do so.
He just proved you don’t need to buy the card, just have close friends that are black and they’ll say it for you. That’s like the N-word Groupon discount. Then buy your friend a couple of beers instead.
Yet he wouldn't protect u if it depended on it.. This is why we such a weak race of folks.. Who's protecting u while u wrote this..? Always willing 2 run up save a side that never saved us
@@ShowTymeDollarS850 .....yeah cause it was ONLY black people that ended slavery in America lmfao.....buddy if a large number of WHITE boys didn't also fight for it America would be very fucking different today. Fuck im not even American and i know that the fuck did you do in history class.....clearly wasn't paying attention
@@drewandrewyoutube aww, don't hate!😀 I know joke theft is a big thing and happens but I'd like to give Gary the benefit of the doubt on it...i will look up the other dude tho. Funny is funny.
This is my favorite skit of Gary Owen's. I seen it years ago, but didn't remember his name. Took a long time to find him but now he's one of my favorite comedians..
Being 100% honest here... discovered this comedian recently and just let the video play while I was doing other stuff. Swear to God I had to come back and check him out bc all I heard was a black guy doing comedy! 😂 Props Gary, you're funny as hell! Not too many white guys can pull off these jokes. He keeps it real.😆
I discovered gary last night thanks to boogie cousins special. I've been binge watching his videos for the last 24h. I rarely laugh out loud watching youtube videos when i'm alone but this guy kills me. Goes directly in my top 5 Standups. I'm a french comedian, I will spread your greatness around paris comedy clubs as soon as they reopen Gary ! (pardon my english)
I had this friend in highschool who was this dope dude from Nigeria was indeed black and when I would get heated and ge was around he would intergect the word into my speech so damn flawlessly. Was halarious to watch confusion on other people's face the first time they heard it.
It’s not a word I use. It’s about self respect. I’m not perfect by any stretch, but I’ve reached a point where I say “There’s nothing good coming out my mouth...”
I really really love this a lot. I’m Korean Japanese and Black. My wife is Black White and Puerto Rican and we are having our first child together. Makes me wonder how our kid will be affected later in society. Hopefully nothing bad. But the fact you have a bi racial relationship with family and your wife sir it’s much approved and I love watching you. You are hilarious. Even though most comedians deal with depression and much more I do myself too but watching you is the only way I ever really laugh
The first token black man in a white man's comedy routine? Love Bam's contribution to the show. He's talented. The timing was critical and they hit it EVERY TIME!
I understand the comedy, but I grew up in the hood, had nothing but "black" friends, and was even raised by/with "black" people. I have never had a desire to say it. Dude/bro works perfectly fine.
Oh my goodness, I moved to California in 96 from Georgia, I thought I saw some friends driving down to the apartment. Nope, these guys confused a hello wave with gang signs. I'm southern and nice is what my husband had to explain, but he did ask, when did a wave become offensive or gang related. 😳🤔
