Definitely gonna try and enter. I always liked atuff with pilots like diaclone and the headmasters. Have you ever heard of Mugenbine? Could be a source of inspiration.

I've never had them break, but I do have them wear out and get loose if printed in PLA. Make sure you don't have under extrusion and maybe try printing them in PETG.
