When you consider how poorly you've been treated I'm not so sure they would pay for repairs carried out by another garage. They are a bunch of cowboys that take the money and run and obviously have complete disregard for their reputation.

i would say consumer rights are still more in your favour than theirs at the minute best of luck.

I'm not sure they will pay for any repairs from another garage. You may want to rethink that strategy as it might end up costing you even more money?

If you send them a invoice are they going to pay it ???

I hate the way companies treat the people who spend money to keep them open and pay their wages. Your Mr this and Mr that till it all goes shit shaped then its , sorry who are you again. Terrible customer service.
