I don't know what is happening with me because when I'm listening to podcasts I start to think in whatever thing that happened in my life and I don't pay attention to the podcast 🥺🥺. It's something that I can't avoid 😭. What can I do with that?
Maybe you could try to listen some content that interests you and with a vocab more easy... For example, every day I need to pick up my wife at the train station and while i'm driving to there I will listening some youtube video about English Learning. The vocabulary is more easy for me and I can drive safely and pay attention at the same time. When I am listen something more difficult to understand I need just to do that, just listen this you know? If what i am listening is more difficult for me to understand, of course I will start thinking about something from my life too hahaha.
