This video got recommended to me at the perfect time...I've noticed how I'm a chronic people pleaser and overachiever. I've made (and struggled with) the goal to overcome this by being true to myself in a world where we're conditioned to be constant happy working machines. I especially liked what you said about embracing the full spectrum of human emotions. Life is hard but it's also so so short.
