I read the comment about not dreaming free like a bird that was left on your last video and it broke my heart… but the reference of being free as a bird just took me back to Langston Hughes poem Dream and in the very first line, it states “Hold fast to dreams for if dreams die life is like a broken wing bird that cannot fly”. Jessie keep bringing the messages, because someone needed to hear it!

I love your vlogs. They are inspiring, full of culture and luxury (that ring on your middle finger with the pink stone/crystal is gorgeous). While you show it is possible to be a mom and wife, and still enjoy life, I am single and childless, and still needed a push of encouragement to "do me" and live the life I want. Even as a single with no kids, people will still try to make you feel bad for living your life. There's always a critic. And the folks criticizing you are basing their toxic opinions on their stagnancy and complacent "norms". Most are probably in a mental rut and worn out marriages, so they're projecting what they feel they cannot attain based on your freedom. Folks do not know how to live out loud, which is why internet trolls exist. Sorry you have to deal with a bunch of narrow minded projectors who made their choice to live a mundane and beige life. Keep thriving!

So sorry Jess....but I've learned,that you can't change people;they are,who they are;and if they're pretending to 'act nice',they will never stay in character before the true monster presents itself.I've learned the hard way;and sadly enough;through the most traumatic phase of my illness!!At this point in my life;I had no idea that I'd have to follow so many rules and guidelines and on top of that:bullied...this has changed me completely,I don't know who the hell I am anymore,and yes...I DON'T DREAM EITHER!!I've strengthen my faith and believe in God,but people have failed me in the worst possible way...I just have to be realist Jess.Only 3 weeks in the new year;and already it's looking much worse than last year!!I appreciate your concern for your subscribers and people at large.That side to me,remains the same....Stay true my darling and continue to spread hope and light,in a world filled with darkness.💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

As a content creator we have to continue to build our own selves up and not allow the pressure, comments, or comparisons to taint the craft. The craft of storytelling in some way, shape, or form. Love your candor. This video was much needed and I agree 100% that they amount of criticism and negativity that we get exposed to via social media can definitely be detrimental to our mental well being. I love your vibe. I also think that social media gives folks the courage to be keyboard gangstas and mean girls many of which wouldn't dare have the courage in a face to face situation. That's what gives me pause about starting a RU-vid channel, I think I very No nonsense and I'm not a mean girl but will gather folks when it's necessary.

First, the amt we ingest from the internet and social media platforms... is more in one day than people 100yrs ago learned in a year or even a lifetime. You can’t make sense of nonsense Jessie. The main thing I’ve learned on social media is a lot of people in the world view every little thing through their very personalized lens of trauma and because of that they project very weird energy. I see plenty of things I don’t like online but most of the time I can’t be bothered to type out a comment to express how ugly I think someone’s outfit is, how every link they share is something that’s ridiculously expensive, how they shouldn’t have posted that lil’ nasty looking homemade dish 🤭or any plethora of other things because I know if I keep scrolling I’ll land on someone like you who just makes me smile. 😊

Jessie, I subscribed to you about 5 months ago but just started to binge watching your videos about a month ago. I don't even remember the first video I watched. I haven't been able to stop since then. I don't comment bc a lot of times I may watch from the tv. You have been a joy to watch. I love your whole spirit! I love your drive, your moving around and about. It's fun and uplifting for me. I've been through a lot in the last 3 almost 4 years, the death of a son amongst other things. Stumbled across your channel a few hours ago and this is my 5th episode. I started with the one where you are no longer purchasing luxury bags and it resonated as I have been thinking the same thing since my last LV purchase in Paris in 2019. Had to have the bumpers on my 25 year plus LV travel bag replaced and had to pay over $600 for the repairs last year, which I thought should have been complimentary and so have been looking but not buying and reconsidering my choices. Anyhow I also saw your very thoughtful and insightful blog about thinking outside the box and enjoyed it. Bottom line is that you are a beautiful woman, living your life and that will unfortunately attract envy and jealousy from the unfortunate many. Live your life and leave the haters behind. Not much you can do to elevate them, even though I thought your response classy. Don’t try to understand the haters, it will only drag you down. Believe me, I m older than you and have had to come to that realization over 40 years ago. That helped me hold on to my sanity. Remember there are still many who enjoy your product and keep catering to us.
