In this video, I explain why many people are jumping to conclusions and misinterpreting Boruto vs code. A lot of people seem to always wanna hop on the hate train for Boruto and not take the time to think and/or read something before forming an opinion but fear not I AM HERE to read and interpret BORUTO FOR YOU!

Sasuke has always been a threat. Even after stabbing out his rinnegan, momoshiki admitted that sasuke posed a threat. Considering code isn’t the brightest, and sasuke is a genius with years of battle experience and tactics, him landing a blow on code isn’t crazy. What is crazy, is assuming just cause he landed a blow means he’s stronger lol. Ppl are delusional these days

Where was that shit at during his fight with jigen? Didn’t help that much, at least not enough as it is apparently doing against someone much stronger than rinnegan sasuke, losing dojutsu that aren’t specifically in your exact bloodline as seen with kakashi will help gain more powers. They gave Code a Scar so a legacy Sasuke wasn’t completely humiliated by the biggest clown of the Boruto story…obviously Code is tons stronger than Sasuke, Kid Boruto was already stronger than Sasuke. And both of them lost. Sasuke clearly states there is no way we together can defeat him.

We had plenty of less powerful character doing something to stronger opponents in Naruto all the time. (Danzo taking Shisui's eye, Might Guy nearly killing Juubi Madara) so someone as skilled as Sasuke taking Code's eye shouldn't be that much of a surprise regardless of their power gap imo. I'm just glad Sasuke went out with a bang taking out the Juubi things and Code's eye before being turned into a tree

a lot of people don’t also take into account that code’s character is very reckless when he fights. his battle iq is pretty good, but he also relies on just outright out powering his opponent and becomes very cocky. that doesn’t mean code is a bum who can’t take anyone out 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Sasuke always being out of chakra now is just to make sure he doesn't overtake the story. Otherwise, all the fights would be over in an instant, and it's supposed to be about the next generations not the prior. Though I'd love to see Sasuke make a giant comeback as well as Naruto of course

They lacking with the Boruto Figures man I was looking up if Code had a statue or figure since I like collecting Naruto figures but nothing yet not even Jigen or Isshiki I was like WTF. I know a lot of ppl dont like Code but I do like his design and would want a Code figure or statue like I got a bunch of Naruto ones including my favorite Hebi Sasuke statue. I hope they make Code his regular and w/o his limiters form and Isshiki so I can get them.

And who is saying Sasuke is stronger than Code?lol New gen villains have surpassed Naruto and Sasuke this has been established since they both got nerfed. These should be common sense. "stronger than Jigen" is a vague statement. Which version of Jigen, Jigen who had Juubi chakra infused or Jigen who ran out of chakra? Because Jigen who ran out of chakra was pretty weak. Sasuke with Rinnegan is definitely above NL Code.

Amado put limits on code base form not his karma that are why he was getting slam by boruto pre ts using true essence karma in code arc that’s why his hair turned white also sasuke and code are facing each other not standing near his blind spot when he cut his eye in his base form w/o his sharigan code also has them surrounded with claw grims he could telport through at any moment so i think he hit him with lightning style that froze him for a second then took his eye with his battle iq since code can’t absorb jutsu so i think he got stronger in a yr of training if he was capable of taking code eye just not strong enough to beat code who’s stronger than jigen they also seem to fight until the morning since boruto didn’t come back til the fight end code is also cocky so he would most likely underestimate them which lead to him losing his eye

I think it's just Sasuke is more skilled, no matter how strong someone is. It's not power, it's skill. Jigen was stronger because of the amp but just not by much. Jigen even said he had to separate them to beat them. So Naruto and Sasuke together is Jigen level. The amp put Jigen at 2 notches above them, that's why he was so spent and Koji was able to wax him, imo. Code isn't strong enough to fully speed blitz Sasuke and Boruto together, he needs strategies to beat them but he's not a ninja.

@@dfsking87 bruh Naruto and Sasuke weren’t able to land one single shot on Jigen without the horn and were hit multiple times by Jigen wihtout the horn and then destroyed with Jigen with the horn. Code is much stronger than that Jigen with the horn. Its not even a fair fight. Prime Naruto and Sasuke would be destroyed by Code even worst they they were by Jigen and Base form Boruto off the time skip alone. Naruto and Sasuke simply ain’t playing in the same league as Boruto, Kawaki, Code and Daemon.

I agree with most of the video except the whole juubi amp part, I think narratively it was a bit dumb to only show jigen fight while either severely nerfed or significantly amped, since it makes jigen being a power baseline damn near obsolete since we never really saw him fight without any external amps or nerfs

but the manga also left a subtle hint as to how strong jigen could’ve been, I have 2 reasons for thinking this, firstly kawaki thinks that Naruto is on the same level as jigen (Kawaki is a good sensory type when it comes to detecting power levels, it’s been shown multiple times) and the fact that jigen decided to borrow juubi chakra before going after naruto alone ( he didn’t know Sasuke was gonna show up) and the fact that when jigen showed up, kawaki who thought that naruto and jigen were on the same level immediately switches up and is so sure that jigen would kill naruto probably bc he could instantly tell that jigen was a lot stronger (since he was amped by the juubi)

I still think the "stronger than Jigen" statement only applies to Karma v1 Jigen, since Code has only ever used Karma v1, and every time a Karma user has manifested their horn, it's been considered a manifestation of the Otsutsuki's power, not the vessel's. This is made even more obvious with Boruto, who up until his death and Karmic resurrection, possessed the only "normal" and unmodified Karma, which allowed Momoshiki to possess his body whenever he manifested his horn. A Sasuke with only 1 EMS who is on par with Sage Mode Naruto (since Kishimoto always likes having them mirror each other) being able to injure, yet not actually defeat, someone stronger than the version of Jigen he and Naruto fought to a standstill pre-nerf makes more sense than him doing the same to a version of Code who's supposedly stronger than the "Jigen" that dropkicked him out of his Perfect Susano'o like it was nothing. This also makes Boruto defeating Code with the Uzuhiko a much more reasonable pill to swallow if he's actually only stronger than Karma v1 Jigen.

Nah it applies to v2 jigen, wether or not code has seen v2 jigen is irrelevant since amado knows how strong jigen is at full power & asserts several times that he’s > jigen, that’s why jigen had limiters placed on code & code wanted that so that he didn’t undermine jigens authority, daemon also knows the full power of jigen and told code after fighting him that he’s > jigen. U also cant prove code never saw v2 jigen, not that it matters tho

sasuke is stronger than more powerful than code. 1: following the statement by kawaki, sage of 6 paths naruto was possibly more powerful than jigen. 2: boruto stated sasuke would of won the fight if he hadn’t been there which proves it’s sasuke = naruto > code > jigen. 3 the reason they lost was because it was an amped jigen.

Code may have more strength/power than jigen but code is only like 17 here, he doesn’t have much skill or experience compared to Sasuke. If he were to fight Jigen without his limiters Jigen would probably still win imo.

People tend to forget Sasuke not only landed a hit on a off guard base jigen, but with the help of Sasuke forced him into karma. Jigen was never some godly being light years ahead of them. He was stronger, yes, but not that much stronger lmao. While yes Sasuke doesn't have the rinnegan, he has "more" charka due to how much the rinnegan drained. Plus as the manga stated, hes been training with Boruto for a year until the encounter with code. That's why I find it hilarious when people wanna downplay code or something like that. If a rinnegan Sasuke, who's ninjutsu was practically useless can not only catch a base jigen off guard but with the help of Naruto force him into karma. Is it really out of the possibility that a Sasuke with one year of training, "more" chakra reserves, and the ability to use ninjutsu can take out a base jigen level opponent's eye? I don't think so. And as u said, nothing shown portrays sasuke> base code or jigen. Which I believe most of the controversy comes from.

Plus Sasuke is a prodigy, if Sasuke can learn and master chidori in a couple of days as a kid, imagine a year of training now with all the knowledge he gathered. Even in Naruto after the ts Sasuke is shown exponentially stronger than before plus being able to make a new variant of chidori.

Only reason Jigen was folding Sasuke & Naruto because they did not have understanding of his abilities but as soon as Sasuke got a grasp, Jigen knew to go for him. Code isn’t a strategist so Sasuke was probably able to figure him out immediately.

Why would code bring claw grims as back up to a fight he isn't taking seriously. Knowing full well that just 1 of the claw grims could end the battle if they do what dey do before turning their targets into a tree. Code gas been beaten when disoriented code was knocked back to base in his fight with boruto.

I do still think that Sasuke got stronger to the point he at least is on par or slightly more powerful than Jigen now. Sasuke pretty much held off Code for an entire night, along with a handful of Grimes, to the point Code simply stopped going after Boruto. And Sasuke STILL didn't die by Code's hand. That's a pretty good indicator that Sasuke scales, or at least downscales to base Code at this point in time. I do hope we can get more scenes of this fight in the future.

Code should of been able to slap a weaker Sasuke. Jigen slap a full power Naruto and Sasuke there's no way code is above jigen. lastly Sasuke never really reached kaguya level, if he did he would of been able to beat code

The narrative contradicts your statement though, code had limiters put on him by Jigen. We didn't see the fight but it took both Boruto and Sasuke just to get a single slash on a base code who was probably off guard seeing as he had no other visible signs of damage.

@@cheeseburgerfreddy6350 Yeah but boruto didn't use karma or jougan, that version aint stronger than a full power Naruto and Sasuke together. Going by the anime and manga Jigen was a complete beast, he had the 10tails chakra and can absorb jutsus big advantage compared to code.

@@orochimarupr I would agree for the orochimaru bit if this was in the DB world but in the Naruto universe once someone peaks out that's usually where they reside, of course orochimaru is an outlier and for all we know he could be much stronger we haven't seen him go all out since part 1 of Naruto so who knows. Embarrassing. Well im glad sasuke went out like a badass but at least show his final stand instead of just cutting it to him being a tree. 7/10 chapter. Enjoying the new villians so far. But damn it....seeing all their struggles be worth nothing and just them getting beaten like punching bags.....it makes the old casts final struggle worthless... Please make a video on the powerscaling...because its so ridiculous now.
