Another great hilarious video! I have a story, that still cracks me up, whenever I think about it. A friend of mine, asked me to watch his tortoise for a few months, while he was getting settled into a new place. The tortoises name was Stewart. When my friend came to visit ,myself and Stewart the tortoise, I handed him some spinach, and asked him to feed Stewart, while I went to finish laundary . I came back, and asked him, how Stewart, liked his spinach treat. My friend looked at me with a perplexed look. 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 Then my friend, realized what he had done. My friend, for whatever reason, thought I had told him to " Feed the sewer???!!!" So he put the spinach in the garbage disposal and flushed it down the sink?! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 I still pick on him about it. 😉

I appreciate many, many things about Be Amazed’s content However, by far one of my favorite things is that there is NEVER any clickbait. When the thumbnail has a picture and when they show a multitude of small pictures in the beginning of a video, you can bet that each and every one of those stories will be included. Clickbait drives me nuts. The obvious point of (non-malicious) clickbait is to make something flashy and interesting to capture attention and get clicks. The fact that creators like Be Amazed are able to create interesting, eye catching thumbnails while never be misleading just shows how unnecessary clickbait is. Just put in the damn work! Thank you Be Amazed for always having quality content that runs the gambit from shocking to fascinating to hilarious (and everything in between) while having class and standards! 👏😊👏 (I want to point out that I’m by far not the only person to feel this way and definitely not the first to make a comment about this exact topic, but I wanted to reiterate the sentiment because it’s important and I believe creators who don’t use clickbait should be applauded for doing the right thing.)

As someone who used to work in quality control, you don't test every single item in a batch. A percentage of a single batch is tested depending on batch size. If they all pass quality control inspection, then the whole batch is passed. For things automatically manufactured, there is still a small chance that the machine can produce something substandard. This is more likely to happen if the process, which includes packaging, is totally automated.

I used to install fences. Pool fences are installed for liability purposes more than anything. At least here in Connecticut they are. We would be told where the fence was to be and what kind it was (e.g. a temporary fence around a pool needed to be something like 4 or 8 feet from the edge and needed to be 4 feet tall, usually plastic). I bet they literally forgot about that little gap. Aside from that that my best guesses are that whoever installed that, didn't have the material to put a barrier in that little gap. Maybe they didn't bring enough or didn't bring the right parts. Maybe they brought enough, but something broke while installing it and that caused them to not have enough parts. caveat: Some of those are not mutually exclusive. It could be that the site boss forgot about it when loading the truck for the job, thus not having the right parts. The crew would be remiss if they didn't do all the work they could, before coming back later. But this doesn't explain the lack of a temp fence. Unless that video was taken at just the right time. You can bet your ass that if this had happened with the company I worked for, _someone_ would be there before days end to put a temp barrier there.

I was in the U.S NAVY from 1984 to 1997 and in boot camp and beyond , we always heard "PAT D." (PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL !) as a way to prevent mistakes or accidents . "PAT D. " kept me alive as there are many dangerous jobs in the Navy that mostly involve intense concentration to your job and your environment as a way to protect yourself and others .

The toilet stuck in the wall is a classic case of funds restriction. Most likely, the place originally had 1 shared washroom and there were complains that the men and women would need to share the space. It's a common case of discomfort for women to share a washroom with men in many parts of the world. Most likely, the building owner or company requested a quote for turning the shared washroom into 2 separate washroom, but the cost or requirement for installing a new updated piping system was exceeding the budget or had legal restrictions. It was cheaper to just add a wall without touching the pipes. It was the same with the Dryer. Most likely, the cabinet was placed after but having a "shorter" cabinet was actually costing more than what is shown because the whole thing came at a fixed measures. Having it shorter would cost time, hence money. The contractor asked the customer/proprietor "Would you pay X$ for us to shorten it or are we doing it like that?" and the customer/proprietor answered "Just leave it like that". This is actually common when the proprietor requested a quick & cheap job out of a relative by giving bad measures and nobody had the bright idea of double checking it. (For example, maybe the cabinet was added to multiple room and that room had the dryer at a different place than the other room. Measure were taken only for 1 room and not for the other.)

1:30 If Antonio is responsible for the road, he did nothing wrong. You have to have so many inches of asphalt. The fence will just need to be raised (if it was already there). The alternative would have been to dig out to to put the asphalt below grade, but you would want to do that for the length and not just lower it for the fence - a decision that would not be the laborer's but the owner - if they wanted to pay more to dig down; an option they probably also didn't want so that water could run off. Long story short - this doesn't belong in video of mistakes by someone with "one job".

Oh God, I face palmed on that socket strip installation. It's obviously was done in the UK (where I'm from) due to our unique 3 pin socket design. I'm ashamed that our rigorous training and regulations would even pass an electrician this incompetent.

At 23:42 in the video notice that the door handle is missing. This door was probably abandoned in a reorganization of the space and it is no longer used. The installation of the power and communications across the door was intentional. They saved probably hundreds if not thousands of dollars by not removing the door and maybe planned on removing the setup at a later date.

The bike with the painted tyre (07:10) had a cable lock on it so they couldn't move it. Aligned bike pedals..... It's also missing the chain and anything for gear changing (13:45) but the pedals are definitely the silliest one. The "prongs" on a fork (15:53) are known as tines. Great stuff :D

Im pretty sure the door at 23:50 is/was no longer in use and instead of removing it and replacing it with drywall they just said eff it and put the powerstrip over it(hence the reason for no door handle). Im wondering what the other side of it looks like tho.
