If only it was that simple I have been trying to gain access to a drive for days.it was working fine until i used a windows program to try and write an image to it. i then had to use diskpart to remove and create a new partition, as the built in windows disk manager wouldn't actually allow me to do that. i now have a drive that windows can see but i het this issue. and restarting hasn't helped in the slightest.
