absolutely gorgeous! at first i thought about living in the self contained and renting out the 1 bedroom, with 2 living rooms. then i saw the cantina and decided that would be the place to live.

The water spout in the 1st bathroom is just the copper pipe unfinished, am I correct in assuming all the un finished pipes poking out from the walls are radiators that haven’t been replaced? This places is beautiful, and mostly finished, so many opportunities for an extended family with nice separate areas of accommodation or rental. Can’t wait to tour the unfinished space next door, I think that would be worth it.

I really like this place but I did not quite understand if the owner is taking all the furniture as well as the art pieces. In Europe, they sometimes take the kitchen cabinets and appliances also. What do you think? I would make that first floor of the main apartment, living room into a bedroom even though it is next to the kitchen since there is a full bath on that floor. I guess the loft could be an office/library. I'd make the studio into a second bedroom suite with a sitting area. The cantina would make a good rental unit. Ciao!

Thanks for showing us around this wonderful looking property. I am starting to notice a disparity in the pricing though. It seems though many homes sell for normal market prices (for the area) 40k€-100k€, there are those that while looking good, come across as inflated.🤔

Wow, I don't know the last time I have even seen Walnut. My Daddy was an inspector in a lumber mill and he was able to get a nice piece of Black Walnut back in 1968. Haven't seen it since unless it was furniture, and that is only veneers.
